U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer
28781 Old Town Front St, Temecula, CA 92590, United States
I called Doug at U-Haul Old Town Temecula CA branch and explained to him that I had a gift certificate because I was over charged by U-Haul on my last rental and he asked me for my certificate number I explained to him that when I was given the certificate I was told by the u-haul employees that I just needed to give my name and email address he told me he would not honor it told me to go F**k myself and told me he didnt want to do business with me and to take my business else where so I called and made a reservation with Penske however after thinking about it for a day I decided that not everyone at every U-Haul acts like a child like Doug so I called the guys at the U-Haul at 25086 Jefferson Ave Murrieta, CA they were excellent and they honored my gift certificate that I was given by the Old Town branch. I dont know who would actually want to deal with Doug at Old Town Temecula U-Haul my guess is that he was picked on as a child and beat up on the play ground. Next time I call U-Haul I will def be calling the guys on Jefferson st they def know how to treat their customers as for Doug he lost my business for Life.

Penske Truck Rental
42188 Winchester Rd, Temecula, CA 92590, United States
I am extremely disappointed with Penske. This was the first time I rented a truck from them instead of my usual go-to U-Haul. I arrived at the Temecula location, and the truck was ready. I picked it up, drove a few miles only to find out that the steering wheel is shaking vigorously. I brought the truck back, and the Penske employee told me that she knew about it, but that the steering wheel was doing it only in the beginning of her drive from San Clemente. I could not believe that this unsafe to drive truck was given to me when the employee knew about the issue. I had to scramble looking for a U-Haul rental and had to pay extra to get the truck I needed. Unnecessary stress, frustration the day of the long-distance move is not something I needed when I gave Penske a chance. The employee did give me a free day on future rental, but seriously, I feel I cannot rely on Penske again.

U-Haul Moving & Storage of Temecula
27941 Jefferson Ave, Temecula, CA 92590, United States
I made a reservation for a trailer and tow hitch over a month ago, I even had to pay a deposit on the hitch since they needed to ship it to the store. I show up on my previously agreed upon appointment time of 8AM thinking I'll be done by around 11, but that wasn't the case. I get here and wait in line only to be told that they have been trying to reach me for a few days (I don't think they have) then they confirmed my number and told me that I would have to come back at 11 to have the hitch installed and that the trailer was at a different location, but they would call the other location to let them know there is a delay so they don't think I am a no show. At this point I was a little irritated considering I'm trying to pack all of my things because I am about to drive across the country, but I didn't wanna get mad so I said ok and drove home(35 minutes away)to come back in 3 hours. THEN, what got me is that I got a call from them at around 9:30AM saying that they had the trailer brought to this location so I wouldn't have to go over to the other location after. So them doing that isn't what got me, what got me is that they claimed they couldn't reach my number and had tried to call me for days prior to tell me about the change and supposedly couldn't get through but today it all of a sudden worked when they called me with the update? The other thing is that the equipment that I had to pay a deposit on over a month ago was not here...they “didn't have it anymore” so then why did I pay a deposit to have it specially shipped to this store so that it could be here when I got here and they “don't have it anymore” which leads me to believe that they rented it to someone else. So then what was the point of me doing everything in advance which is supposed to be cheaper (it's not, the prices today are the same as a little over a month ago) and paying the deposit for a part, that isn't even here but I had to specifically pay for it to be guaranteed to be here. I really hope that my future experiences with U-Haul in our new city are nothing like this, because I have never had issues with the one in Fallbrook.

Kathy Jurgensen - State Farm Insurance Agent
29377 Rancho California Rd Ste 204, Temecula, CA 92591, United States
I was looking online for quotes on auto insurance because my current representative retired. The first thing his replacement did was to increase my auto insurance even higher than it already was.I received 30-40 calls a day from different Insurance Companies, or even duplicate insurance Representatives of same companies in different locations.I am 80 years old and drive basically to grocery shop or have appointments with my local doctors, which all are within 5-10 minutes from where I live. The first thing Michael Zora said to me when giving me the State Farm quote was whatever you do you really should be paying less for your Auto Insurance, no matter which Company I choose! My current Auto Insurance is over $1250 per year. Michael gave me quotes, as well as Kathy Jurgensen soon after. I did have my Home & a rental plus an umbrella Insurance included. My reason for not going with them at this particular time was that at my age I really did want a local company I could sit down in their office & chat face to face with. But I did change to a different Insurance Company & got my policies insured nearly the same as Cathy & Michaels quotes.ended up. I will definitely switch to them if my choice fails to live up to what they have written & charged me for.Thank you, Michael, for being so patient with me, and giving me time to mourn when my younger sister passed while you began helping me.Sincerely, Rose Christenson

First Id like to say that I do not work for this law firm. I found them in the google search after a lot of frustrations built up from my vehicle. I contacted them and within hours, I received a response from Lina. We spoke on the phone and she gave me a quick update on the process, what to expect and then she had me send her all my paperwork so the attorneys could review my case. (to see if I had one). Well, after my review they said I definitely had a case and would be happy to assist me. Just hearing those words, I felt a waive of relief. It wasnt a done deal but it seemed like there was hope.I purchased a 2019 Ford Mustang Convertible Ecoboost Premium on May 17, 2020. (It was still covered under the manufacturer warranty) I thought it was my dream car and was so excited to finally have it and in the color I loved! Well, my bubble was busted within a month of owning it. First there were issues with the windows not rolling up and I had it in the shop, 3x for that but after about a month of driving it, I noticed that shifting my car from Park to Reverse, it had a really hard shift and would literally jerk the car hard once engaged. Of course, multiple times in the shop for that and electrical issues (I believe 9 weeks total, last time in they had my vehicle for 35 days-and only owning the vehicle for 6 months and yes, you still have to continue making payments to have a car sit on their lot) they still were unable to fix my vehicle. Each time taking it in and reporting back to Lina and Nic what was going on via emails (and texts to Lina). Ford has finally reached out to Nic to let them know that they wanted to settle! They took my case in December and it is now February and they got me a settlement! I honestly didnt think it would happen this quick but I am beyond grateful to them! They pushed and when Ford tried to push back, they pushed harder and prevailed! It was a happy and a sad day for me. I loved my car and could have settled on a deal to keep it but I knew that it would have riddled me with constant issues and eventually I would have hated the car.I have to say something about Lina~ I told her she was my angel. Each time I would take my car in, I would call her and she would advise me on how to handle the service techs. Every time I contacted her out of frustration, (Pre-Lina, I felt like breaking down crying- Actually did a few times) she would talk me down and I would feel better with her encouraging words. I feel I was blessed to have her as an advisor, a confidant and someone to turn to when my frustrations would boil over with these car dealerships. If you are struggling with your vehicle or a dealership on getting your vehicle fixed, I would say do yourself a favor and contact them. You wont be disappointed and they will fight for you to make a wrong right again. Good luck to you all and thank you again to the Law Office of John Jacobs. You have no idea how happy I am without this stress hanging over my head.

Signarama TemeculaMurrieta, CA
41785 Enterprise Cir S Ste B, Temecula, CA 92590, United States
I try to keep my marketing and branding materials up to date and this time around I needed a pop up banner and a decal to put on my car to advertise on my daily commute. I came across Signarama on a google search and decided to check it out. When i went in for a quote i was greeted by Jennifer, who explained what were my options as far as the products i was interested in. During my visit she took detailed measurements and photos of my car to prepare the quote. I let her know i had some designs already premade for this job and i would send them over as soon as i got home. Within a few hours, she called me back to discuss some concerns with my design and how it could be adjusted, i opted to have their in-house designer fix some details to ensure everything worked out. Within a few days Alan, their designer, sent over the PDF proof copy for my approval, we discussed some changes, within a few hours later he sent me a new proof and everything looked great. Come installation day, everything went smoothly. They had the banner ready for me to take home the same day of the decal install saving me an extra trip. Their customer service and quality of their products is awesome, i look forward to working with them again. I highly recommend Signarama.

Cory Home Team - eXp Realty of California Inc.
41951 Remington Ave Suite 260, Temecula, CA 92590, United States
The worst experience I could possibly imagine for my family as FIRST TIME HOME BUYERS. Blake was very knowledgeable and did what it took for us to get where we need to be to buy a home I will say that. I think he was too busy to be as on the ball as he should of been when it came to looking for a house. I knew houses went so quick where we were looking and I eende up finding the house and scheduling a appointment to see it. We ended up finding a house that we put an offer on and went through the process. Blake set us up with HIS recommended inspector who we thought we could trust. Looking back we were so naive trusting someone we didnt really know. He did NOT do his job. Having lived here for 2 years multiple things he said were one thing were not. ONE MONTH after being moved into our home we find mold in the kitchen. As first time home owners and a young married couple we had no idea what we were in for. We called our insurance company who came out and said they knew by the amount of mold it was a pre existing condition and they could not help us. Black and green mold surrounding our entire kitchen. I called Blake shaking as I was newly pregnant and had a 2 year old. He sent us a company he had that would tell us legally what steps to take. Every single realtor I have talked to since (there have been a lot because I did extensive research after this) said that HE should of contacted the sellers agent immediately and had this resolved. Instead....we were left to hunt down the sellers...take them to small claims court, which by the time that even happened I was nine months pregnant! We did not have the money to fix this after just buying our first home. Thankfully we had someone step in and pay for it and we reimbursed once we won our case. Come to find out the sellers had a water claim on the house within 5 years of selling and did not disclose this which by law you have to. Why didnt our agent catch this? Isnt there a report that pulls that information? (Yes there is.) Why didnt our inspector who was so reputable according to Blake catch any of this? This was the absolute worst experience and my short paragraph here is just the tip of the iceberg of what we went through. The only positive I have is being able to share our experience with friends and family when they go into purchasing a home. I do not wish this experience on anyone. Blake should of fought for us and went the extra mile as our realtor or just a human being with a conscience. All we were was a sale and he was out.

We Care Plumbing, Heating and Air
27720 Jefferson Ave Suite 100, Temecula, CA 92590, United States
The technician they sent me was able to clear the error messages and got straight to work on correcting the faulty drainage system the original installers and subsequent techs missed. Seemed to work when he left. Lets all hope that i finally get to enjoy a whole summer with a fully working high end AC....8 months since their last visit and whole condenser replacement... system error and fan failure. See attached photos.Had this company come out to inspect my AC back in 2022 before summer started.? Found a Crack in my gas heater so they sold me a $13000 energy efficient heat pump from Daiken.Turns out that it doesnt work THAT well at cooling home in Temeculas summer of 110+ degree days. I found out only a few months after purchase with home reaching 88+ degrees with AC set to 68 and lower. They never gave option for extended warranty at time of purchase or service call that same summer so all labor and inspection fees are out of pocket. Now, just over a year later, I am stuck without AC while they take a week to come out and charge me $78 to tell me they have to order parts THAT RELATE TO THE ERROR CODE I GAVE THEM ON THE PHONE FROM THE THERMOSTAT - I GAVE THEM THE ERROR CODE WHICH MEANS THIS FIRST GUY ONLY CAME OUT TO CHARGE ME $78 TO CONFIRM THE CODE I TOLD THEM).Now it may take a week or more for the two boards to arrive, then they will supposedly try to schedule a warranty service tech to come out and replace them for the lovely price of over $500 in labor with ZERO guarantee that my one year old daiken system will ACTUALLY be fixed. (By this point it will be at least 3 WEEKS WAITING TO THIS POINT FROM ORIGINAL CALL)IF THE REPLACEMENT OF THESE BOARDS DOESNT WORK they would need to diagnose my system again which would start the money gouging cycle all over again.I should have just bought a window AC unit for a few hundred...replacing would be easier cheaper and faster. All managers not available to help expedite or discount anything, they leave around 3:30 and my tech only arrived by that time.Horrible business model and No emergency SAME DAY service calls available either.HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE fromWe Care!I got a call today that they were going to have someone come out and take care of me today even though I told them I work nights at the hospital and would not be available past 5pm. The driver just called to tell me that he would probably make it by 4:30pm. I guess I am not getting aby help from them today again...which means I lost all day of sleep waiting for him and will come home to try and sleep in my 90 degree home with all fans blowing full blast until they figure out some way to get someone who doesnt wait till end of day to come to my home.Lets see what happens.Warranty Tech came out and about 2 1/2 hours later lets me know that my one year old condenser is bad and needs to be replaced. That I should speak with Daryl about how much this would cost me.Cost me? A and just over a year old that Ive had issues with a few months street installation, and I might be having to pay for a new condenser?Talk about price gouging practices. Where is the Care? And where is this Daryl who doesnt return my calls and now doesnt have a direct line to be connected to?

GEICO Insurance Agent
41115 Winchester Rd Suite 101B, Temecula, CA 92591, United States
Ill start off by saying that Lauren Irvin from GEICO Local office - Temecula- had done such an amazing job in helping me find the right policies that suits my needs. I went to this other agency (Im not going to mention their name) earlier in the day and was extremely upset of how they treated me. This other agency was not accomodating. However my day went way better when I found GEICO and spoke with Lauren Irvin on the phone. She has done such a great job in educating me and being patient throughout the whole process and helping me understand the different insurance coverages. Laurens honesty helped me a lot and I never felt once pressured. Lauren is super friendly and answered the many questions I had without making me feel like I had no idea what I was paying for before. All i knew before was that just I need insurance and I need to pay it. However, Lauren is very knowledgeable which put me at ease because we were on the phone for a long time. I did a lot of searching with different agencies and this one was the overall winner. I was able to get the lower price that I wanted. Lauren knows what customer service means and she went above and beyond going the extra mile assisting me. Definitely happy that I went with Geico. I highly recommend Lauren Irvin from GEICO Local office - Temecula for any of your insurance needs and should be nominated for EMPLOYEE Of The YEAR. Shes the best!!!

DCH Kia of Temecula
26799 Ynez Rd, Temecula, CA 92591, United States
I recently had an absolutely horrendous experience at DCH Kia of Temecula, and I feel compelled to share my nightmarish ordeal with everyone considering buying a vehicle from this dealership. I purchased a brand-new 2023 Kia Telluride X-pro model, primarily because I needed a vehicle with towing capabilities. However, my decision to buy from DCH Kia turned out to be a colossal mistake. The window sticker on the vehicle prominently highlighted a range of crucial towing-related features, such as Increased Towing Capacity, Heavy Duty Cooling, Tow Mode, and Self-Leveling Rear Suspension. These features strongly implied that the vehicle would come equipped with a towing receiver and wiring, making it an ideal choice for my specific towing needs. However, it did not and I was promised that the receiver would be installed within two weeks, and I received a Due Bill reflecting this promise. This is where the nightmare began, the day before the scheduled installation DCH Kia called to inform me that Kia did not manufacture a receiver or wiring harness for my specific vehicle. The 2022 receiver would fit my vehicle but the 2022 wiring harness would not. This meant that the receiver could be installed, but there would be no electrical connection for towing. Whats most troubling is that I strongly suspect that the dealership knew from the start that there wasnt a receiver or wiring harness compatible with my specific vehicle. This casts a shadow of deceit over the entire transaction. The dealerships proposed solution was for me to take the vehicle to U-Haul to have the wiring done, which I found utterly unacceptable.I voiced my concerns to Joesph Yanni, a manager at the dealership, who initially seemed understanding and assured me that they would find a solution. He even indicated that Kia would provide me with the money to have the wiring done elsewhere. However, I was uncomfortable with this arrangement, as I did not want to assume liability if anything went wrong. Despite the managers promises, he failed to follow through on his commitments and conveniently stopped returning my phone calls.Desperate for a resolution, I reached out to another manager at the dealership, Richard Moyer, hoping for a different outcome. To my dismay, this manager also suggested taking the vehicle to U-Haul and expressed the belief that they would warranty their work. However, upon contacting U-Haul, I was shocked to learn that they refused to work on my vehicle due to the potential liability involved.I promptly relayed this information to Mr. Moyer, who asked for some time to explore alternative solutions and promised to call me back by the end of the day. Regrettably, I never received that call, and my subsequent attempts to reach out to the dealership were met with a resounding silence. I left multiple voicemails for both sales managers and for the General Manager, Benjamin Ariz, and not a single call was returned. This entire ordeal has been an unmitigated disaster. I made the significant decision to invest an extra $10,000 in purchasing the Kia Telluride X-pro model, specifically because it was promoted as being ideally suited for towing, as advertised by Kia Corporation and DCH Kia of Temecula. Regrettably, my choice has proven to be a costly mistake, as I now find myself with a vehicle incapable of fulfilling its primary purpose.Throughout this harrowing experience, DCH Kia of Temecula has demonstrated a severe deficiency in professionalism, accountability, and customer service. It has become evident that the sales staff at this dealership have no problem resorting to falsehoods and deception to secure a sale. I strongly caution anyone contemplating the purchase of a vehicle purchase from this dealership to exercise caution and explore more reputable alternatives. The complete disregard for the needs and concerns of their customers exhibited by this dealership is nothing short of outrageous.
