Its just next to the hotel where Im staying. It only takes five minutes to walk there.I originally scheduled to pick up the car at 9:30, but I waited for nearly 50 minutes to get the car. It was a bit too long and I felt that I was not prepared in advance. Moreover, I paid everything online a few weeks ago. The interior of the car was not clean enough, and there were crumbs in some storage areas. I don't know if it's like this in the United States or this store. However, budget car rental is still very cheap. Renting a camry for a day only costs about NT$1,000.Because everything is prepaid online, I dont need to pay anything, but the counter didnt ask me. I have an extra gas service, which costs 65 US dollars including tax and service fees. I told him I didnt need it, and he said what if. When I replaced the car, I wouldnt be charged the $65 if it was full of gas. However, I finally decided not to fill up the gas and return the car with about one and a half tanks left, because I was afraid that I would be charged this amount if I filled up the gas.

Do not rent a car from this agency - we had reserved a car 4 months ahead of our trip only to receive a call 2 hours before we we were scheduled to pick it up saying it wasnt available. They offered us another car, but it wouldnt have worked based on where we were going. We were left stranded at a hotel with two children and no option other than to scramble to find a new rental at the last minute. We ended up going with a different agency. I understand that things like this happen and it can be out of the agencys control if someone doesnt return a car on time, but the rudeness that I dealt with on the phone was completely uncalled for. The guy tried to compare me being stranded with two kids and having to scramble last minute to him having a bad morning at work. He talked down to me as if I was a child and when I asked if there was anything else they could do or try, he was like well I tried to give you the customer service number, but you didnt want it (meanwhile, all I had said was - are there any other options or things we could try). I was told by him and another agent when I called back that they would keep us updated and wed be the first people they would call when a car came in, but we never heard from them again. Use Enterprise in Anaheim instead - they were fantastic and helped us out last minute.

Had to get road side assistance. I explained that I was in an area that had very poor reception so I made sure to give my exact location and reminded them they I might now get a call if they tried to reach me if they were to call before showing up. I told the dispatcher that I was also not in much of a hurry so we scheduled a service provider to show up at 8am. The driver apparently tried to reach me then didnt show up cause I wasnt contacted. So I had to call roadside and have someone else dispatched to my location. This required me going to a place that was not close to where I needed to be for the day to make the call. Again I was told someone would come out. Finally I got someone to check the trailer out and ultimately tow it away with the understanding that Id be getting one returned. Later I received a call from the person who picked up that trailer who I formed me that he would only be dropping the trailer off and was told that I would have to drive more than an hour from where I was spending the weekend with friends and family to sign a new contract and get a different to pull back with me. I spent the next 6 hours dealing with dropped calls, being transfered all over, and missing out on time with my family and friends because I had to stay in a spot when I had phone service. Now dealing with a battery on my phone that was about to die Im sitting there waiting for a call back to confirm a trailer being delivered to my location would be successfully dropped off. Since there were no trailers in the area that fit my needs and U-Hauls availability I had to settle for a smaller trailer when meant I had to then load a lot more things in the bed of my truck than I wanted to in order to feel safe. Lastly after I finally drop the trailer off I then get a call from the dealership asking me where their trailer was. Contact your roadside team. This completely ruined my planned vacation and turned the majority of my time into work. I want my time back. I want my money back. This entire experience was terrible.

Sue is the bomb. She is always looking out for my best interest, has my back, and goes the extra effort to make sure I am covered and if I am late on payments reminds me before I get into trouble. I have so many policies I easily get confused from one to the other and I get so much mail from Mercury it would almost take a full time job to wade through it all. She is also awesome about how to strategize my coverage based on all of the different property types from rentals to homeowners to car insurance to classic car insurance to umbrella etc. Many times this stuff plays with and against each other and she takes the time to see whats happening in my life to make the insurance products work the best for me. I ask for Sue because I trust her as she knows what I need and gets it. I would never want to work with anyone else.

Repair shops and insurance are usually a pain to deal with.This place honestly surprised me in a very good way.My adjuster was being a pain since I could never reach her, so I was already not too happy with my car situation.I brought my car into this shop due to its proximity to my home and was pleasantly treated throughout the whole process:-My calls were always picked up pretty fast, I had no issues waiting or reaching voice mails. The receptionist, (didnt get her name) always took my messages or did her best effort to reach out the person handling my case asap, even if he was busy.-Francisco J, was the person in charge of my car and was spectacular when doing his job. He explained every single thing he would do to my car and gave me realistic timelines as to how long it would take and which steps depended on other people.The minute he found something else wrong with my car, he called and explained the extra parts, costs, and process that would be required.In my particular case, he had to get approval for one extra part and I was really expecting the worst since my Adjuster was not reachable; however, Francisco got a quick hold of her and got the approval on a very timely manner.-The car was delivered to me one day after the estimated completion, and that not a problem due to the transparent communication. It was very clean (just washed) and the pieces and paint job were done perfectly.-Also, I needed a rental car and this shop manages to coordinate perfectly with the car rental so that you get picked up and even return the car in their premises. It really is an experience where you dont have to worry at all.In summary: Staff is courteous and fast; the actual repairs were done incredibly well and in a reasonable time. The shop looks professional.

They claim fame on customer service, guess customer service took the night off when I made a reservation. I submitted two different reservations as the first seemed not to submit. But two separate emails hit my account stating success with my rental and an representative would be in contact soon.So half hour passes and I decide to phone being they close at 10:00 and I've been done this road with Enterprise, Hertz, and Avis representatives. The agent answered and in short said, there are no vehicles -sorry about the email confirmation but there no cars, phone tomorrow for help.Mind, it's 8:30 in the evening, leaving an hour to find a solution to my false online reservation. Anaheim Rent A Car please retrieve that customer service statement claiming 100% customer satisfaction to 99% . You easily just dropped the ball and lost a $800.00 sale.Keep up the great work! ?

PLEASE DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! IF YOU ALREADY HAVE A POLICY, CANCEL IT ASAP!!!!!!I discovered water coming out from under my dishwasher and I reported the water damage on Sept 14th. An inspection was conducted by a Plummer and contractor Initially. I was told there was only a small amount of green mold which suggested new growth. My adjuster Brett Cocanower stated via phone that my water damage was sudden and thus would be covered. A woman came to take pictures to report to Brett the estimated costs, and up until then Brett was still arranging for the repairs, even having a contractor remove my kitchen cabinets. They did further testing for asbestos and even then, Brett stated we were still covered because this was a sudden incident. It turned out one of my sewage pipes was broken, per the plummer. Meanwhile, Brett already had the budget from the adjuster and it took two additional days to get back the results from the asbestos. Even after getting positive results, everything was still in place to get repaired. The asbestos company came to do their estimate and all of a sudden, I get a call from Brett today (9 days later) telling me nothing will be covered. Meanwhile, the mold that was initially green, turned dark and although additional mold was discovered along the wall behind the sink, Brett stated it was not considered a sudden incident. I called the plummer who works with water damage as well, and he also DID NOT think the problem was neglected, nor the mold was old. Per Brett, the mold looked old and he ruled it a neglected problem. I explained to Brett this is the first time we noticed water and no home owner would neglect water coming from underneath their kitchen! Brett gave me an absolute NO, I asked if it was possible to appeal this decision and he stated I already talk to my manager, the decision has been made, nothing will be covered. I begged to talk to someone and he simple said the decision was NO. As a result, they left my kitchen destroyed since they removed all of the cabinets to assess the wall, and will not put anything back. All because it was too expensive for them to pay for the asbestos removal. This company will only take your money, unfortunately I know three more individuals with similar stories where this company did not cover their claims. Yet theyre quick to take your money. PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANY POLICY WITH THEM!!!!
