Enterprise Truck Rental
1633 Riverside Dr, Los Angeles, CA 90031, United States
Want to have your vacation destroyed in less than 24 hours? Rent from Enterprise! These mouth-breathers waited until the night before our departure date to tell us that the every model of the vehicle we reserved months beforehand was suddenly unavailable. Since were towing a trailer, the only vehicle that we can use is a truck. And since they waited this long to tell us they were going to screw us, theres nowhere else to rent from at this late hour. They made no attempt to make it right, made no apology, and we got stuck paying for a roundtrip Lyft to the rental spot since, again, no truck. The day these useless specimens go out of business, Im throwing a party.
CNG Car Rental Service Riverside

I had the most hilarious and fantastic experience renting a car from this company! The staff had me laughing so hard during the paperwork process that I almost forgot I was there to rent a car. When I finally got my vehicle, it was so clean and shiny, it practically introduced itself with a Hello, Im your snazzy ride for the day!Driving that car was like having my own personal stand-up comedian on wheels. It had more gadgets and buttons than a spaceship, and I swear it even told a few jokes during the journey. The prices were so reasonable that I could afford to splurge on extra snacks for the road, and I left with a grin that could rival a Cheshire cats. If you want a side of laughter with your rental car, this company is an absolute must-try – five stars and a standing ovation from this happy customer!
Enterprise Rent-A-Car
12697 Magnolia Ave, Riverside, CA 92503, United States
We needed a rental for more than a month due to our car in service center. The insurance booked with this location. All cars here at this location are torned off and in bad condition. Breake issues, AC leakage, oil not changed for long time, with minimum 40/50/60 thousand miles on them.We were in a Car for a week which had suffocating smell and smell was getting stronger as we drive more. Still we tried to drive that car for a week (by keeping windows down, keeping coffee beans in it and what not). Branch manager told me that i m a picky customer as a response, when i tried to exchange that car.. It was VW Atlas, plz give me the same VW atlas in good condition and i will drive happily. Its not abt being picky, its abt the condition of your cars. You guys are giving trash cars with 60K miles and with issues and than put blame on customer that you are picky.Another comment given by the manager was - its a rental, you are not buying the car..if its rental do you expect me just survive with anything you give. You are not renting it for free.Enterprise has no respect left for the customers, its just worst company to deal with.People reading my review...if you try to exchange car from any other enterprise location (except the one you rented) you will get these scripted answers from everywhere.. we are out of cars, - ---although customer care tells you that location has plenty of cars of same category you are trying to exchange. Still they bluntly say they are out of cars, and you can see many cars in the lot yourself.Another scripted answer the cars in the lot are for our customers, --- are we not enterprise customers, if from different enterprise location?Another one here only car we can offer is economy etc. - once they get to know you are driving 7 seater, they will offer you smallest car to put you in tuff spot. Then why enterprise market that customer can exchange from anywhere in US from our any location. When their practices sounds totally different.
U-Haul at Van Buren
3600 Van Buren Boulevard, Riverside, CA 92503, United States
BEWARE! DO NOT USE UHAUL!!!I walked in to this Uhaul location prior to my interstate move and reserved a 12' trailer 1 month in advance. The Uhaul employee told me that I would get a call the day before my reservation letting me know the time and location of where I needed to get my trailer, assuring me that if it wasn't at that particular location that it would be at one nearby. A month goes by and I do not get a call from Uhaul the day before my reservation, so I called them. They told me that there are NO 12' trailers anywhere in southern CA and that the closest one is in northern AZ! Uhaul told me 1 day before I had to be moved out of my apartment that they could not supply the equipment that we had agreed upon a month in advance. I spoke with Tish who was extremely unhelpful and rude about Uhaul leaving me high and dry 1 day before my move out date. She did nothing to help me or compensate me and frankly did not care that Uhaul was completely screwing me over. The only person from Uhaul that deserves any praise is Andrew at the Van Buren location. He was genuine and helpful in finding me and getting me a deal on a 10' foot van and car dolly. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH UHUAL. Making a reservation means absolutely nothing to them and they will care less about completely screwing you over.

Caliber Collision

These review is solely based on the incompetence of the Caliber Collision administrative staff. My insurance company recommended Caliber Collision after being rear ended on my Mazda 6. Their technician workmanship on matching the paint was phenomenal. HOWEVER, aside from Sara at the front desk who is great! their customer service is mediocre.I was always the one calling Caliber Collision to get status updates on the vehicle progress. I call on a Friday morning and they advised my vehicle will be ready that afternoon. They didnt bother to inform me the day before in order to make arrangements. After agreeing to pickup my vehicle Friday afternoon, I called again to check in and they said the vehicle wont be ready.... At this point Im agitated, but I remain calm. I advised them that I can come in on Monday, but they said they will have the vehicle ready saturday. I agreed and specifically told them that I will be picking up the vehicle Saturday at 10:30am.I arrive at Caliber Collision on Saturday at 10:30am sharp and the vehicle still isnt finished from detailing. It was done almost an hour later. I find out that saturday that the repair isnt finished. Caliber Collision didnt have the proper tow cap to install since the wrong part was received. I understand mistakes happen, but this discrepancy should have been discovered on Friday prior to even detailing the vehicle or confirming for pickup. They apologize for the inconvenience and advise they will call when the towing cap arrives. They call on Monday and advise the tow cap was delivered and that it is ready for pickup. I get off work and arrive at Caliber Collision only to find out the tow cap was given to another customer that also had a white Mazda 6. At this point Im livid, I asked to speak with the manager and to my surprise the guy I was speaking was Marcos Macias the onsite manager. He offers to order the tow cap and deliver it to my house. This is not a resolution for wasting my time. At this point I have wasted my time calling of work to complete a repair that should have been done on Friday. This is my experience with the downtown branch, but I would recommend going to a different shop or a different Caliber Collision location.
Adolfo Saldana - State Farm Insurance Agent
7344 Magnolia Ave #100, Riverside, CA 92504, United States
When it comes to State Farm, I think peace of mind. Have been with them since I first got insured at 16, that was 30 years ago. In that time, I and my family members have had the unfortunate experience of being involved in multiple car accidents, and every time they have effectively supported us through the claims process.A special shout out to Orfa who always goes above and beyond in supporting us through any issues, always looking out for our best interest. She may not always tell you what you want to hear, but what you need to hear. Taking her time to educate you on your risk exposure along with why and how insurance can help minimize it. If you want quality, professional service be sure to ask for her.
WSR Real Estate Sales & Management
6736 Palm Ave, Riverside, CA 92506, United States
Terrible property management. If I ever needed a question answered they would never get back to me. I would call them multiple times for the same question and if it wasnt answered then and there, there was no way the question would ever get answered.Scott is the WORST manager. He was impossible to get ahold of. His assistant Doug was at least decent and tried, but at some point Doug was either fired (he shouldnt have been because he was the only decent person there) or realized how terrible this place was and left. Doug was replaced by some lady who was even more useless than Scott if that was even possible. It got to a point where I had to document dates, times and log conversations so I could reference back to the exact things I said to get a question answered. Even that didnt work.It was a terrible experience. We had an officer show up at our door telling us we had too many people living in one house, but we were all on the lease. We tried to ask Scott and no one ever got back to us about if we were living there illegally, so we lived in constant fear of getting kicked out.A neighbor threatened to call the police on us because we parked in the street to get us towed (in complete accordance to the street signs). We tried to ask Scott if there was any city laws or lease reasons or some reason we couldnt park there. He never got back to us, so we lived in constant uncertainty that our cars would get towed. When things broke in the house from wear and tear (covered free of charge to us through the lease) it took weeks to get someone out through a service request. We lived without a kitchen sink for a month because they wouldnt send someone, and we werent allowed to find our own because they didnt have a reimbursement policy set up either.I also asked in advance for a receipt for the work done that we lost money on the deposit from (work they did after we moved out) and they said they would give it to me 3 times, but I never received it.Honestly if you have a chance to rent with anyone ANYONE else, seize the opportunity. Theyre honestly awful. Theyre rude. They dont care about you. They will never get back to you. Scott was the absolute worst. Maybe the rest of WSR is decent but Scott is terrible at his job. I really hope to save someone from the headache of renting with them!!! Or I hope this experience was just us, but if it was, there was too many situations that they just didnt do anything for us that it would be very targeted which is also plain awful. The worst part is I know the actual owners of the house (which is why I rented here). And they hated them too!!! Every time we had an update from them, wed share with the home owner and they would be just as annoyed with them as we were. Honestly its super sad.
Extra Space Storage
3111 3rd St, Riverside, CA 92507, United States
STOP! Your belongings are probably not secure here.Apparently the only way that a customer can communicate with CubeSmart is through posting, very disappointing.I went to my storage unit today (12/26/22) and stopped at the office after noticing the access gate was wide open, the entry door to my area of the storage building was inoperable, and the broken out windows in the front office (covered in plywood). I wanted to know if it was safe to keep my storage unit because it looked like there had been a break in.The new manager, Lauren, was very nice, albeit looking a little nervous, and said that she had only been there a couple of weeks. She said she was working on getting everything fixed and was trying to walk the property at least to three times a day to make her presence know. She said the windows would be replaced within the next couple of weeks and the back entry door was also on the agenda to be repaired in about the same time period. No mention of a break in to any of the storage unit areas.I went back to my unit and to my horror my lock was not on the unit. I lifted the door about a foot and saw a couple of my expected items. I immediately shut the door and went back to the office to ask what was going on. Lauren said she would check. She confirmed my unit was paid up to date and THEN mentioned that my unit was probably involved in the break in back on 10/21/22. WHAT?! I was never notified of a break in. Not by phone or in writing. She and I walked back to my unit and I opened it right up. She explained that it appeared the “temporary” lock was improperly installed or wasn't the correct one. WHAT?! You mean to tell me that for TWO months my unit has been open and unlocked?! My old lock and the bracket was found inside my unit. This is NOT okay. At the point when I fully opened the unit I was stunned to realize some things were missing. Lauren provided me with the info for the storage rental insurance and the number for Riverside PD so that I could file my own claim.Sadly, one of the items stolen was a one of a kind family heirloom. While a monetary value can be established, the sentimental value makes it irreplaceable to me and my family.I have been a customer of the prior owners and now CubeSmart for quite some time. I depended on them to keep up their end of our storage unit contract. I kept mine by paying my monthly bill on time and by using their recommended lock. They did not keep theirs. In addition they were negligent by leaving my unit unlocked for TWO months. They advertise at least three layers of security. All three failed? This lack of care and responsibility wasn't always the case. Several months ago, I entered the facility without entering my access code at the gate. When I opened my unit, some one from the office immediately came down to check on who was entering the unit because an alarm went off in the office.I am beyond devastated and so disappointed in the lack of customer care by all those who dropped the ball (except for Lauren, who was visibly concerned for me and showed compassion and kindness). Unfortunately, I believe the rest of CubeSmart couldn't care less about me or my personal loss.Current and future customers beware.
AAA Riverside Insurance and Member Services
3700 Central Ave, Riverside, CA 92506, United States
I came into the riverside branch today (03/12/19) between 1-2pm and received the absolute worst customer service. I always love coming to this branch because everyone is always so friendly and helpful. I came in to get my new tags after getting a smog star done. It was a year overdue because of an expensive cat converter job that needed to be done. I check in at the front desk as usual and the agent there was very kind. She then told me to proceed to the DMV line. A lady with red hair at the further desk called me over. (Unfortunately I did not get her name but she had long red hair and was heavyset). I explained to her what needed to be done and she blatantly spoke down to me and gave me attitude. She says “so you just let this sit around for a year?” very condescendingly as if I need to be scolded by a complete stranger who should be keeping to their job. (With a dirty look on her face might I add) I calmly explained that I had work done on my car that was costly and held this process off (not that I owe her an explanation in the first place) she continued to audibly sigh and look aggravated and proceeded to tell me in the same nasty tone that this line was for “on time renewals and I don't even know how to deal with all of these late fees so I'm going to put you in a queue and you can sit and wait to be called” I'd like to mention that despite my issue with my cat converter that my registration for said year was paid off so I ended up leaving without paying any late fees. I sat down and was called to a different line by a much nicer agent who in no way made me feel unwelcome. She was a woman in a tan coat with long dark hair. She asked if I was changing my address and I explained why the other lady had sent me over and she looked confused as if that's something she should not have done. I then explained to her that this lady was very rude to me and even pointed her out. I paid for my tags and the interaction was done in less than 5 minutes. The exceptional kindness of the second agent was night and day compared to how rude the other lady had been to me. Her behavior was completely unacceptable and unappreciated. Her blatant disrespect and complete lack of any sense of customer service ruined my mood and entire day. I still stand by AAA and will continue to come to this office, the one star review is completely because of that woman and her negligence.
Plymwr Plumbing
6150 Rutland Ave suite 9, Riverside, CA 92503, United States
Used my home warranty to assist in fixing a water temperature control issue that is affecting the shower and possibly the dishwasher (does not appear the soap is dissolving all the way indicating the temperature is not hot enough) so I thought it was likely the water heater, which appears poorly installed, rusted joints, possibly calcified on the inside, from when I originally bought the house.I teach chemistry and physics from my house now, during the day, so it is often difficult for me to answer phone calls when anyone calls. I always attempt to return phone calls later, however Plymwr is difficult to get a hold of on the phone on customers time. I was able to make an appointment, and the first Plumber from Plymwr came out and said it was not the water heater but the cartridge and cap of the water temperature lever in the shower. I said I found that unlinkely to be the culprit because I had just replaced that unit myself a week prior, with no change in water temperature consistency. He took the unit out, and ran water through it open, which sprayed water everywhere (held shower curtain closed) to see if anything was in there clogging it. He showed a few very tiny pebbles that I am to assume came out from the stream. We turned the water off, and he put the unit back in, and re assembled the handle for the shower. He suggested replacing the back pressure balance valve, said he would order the part and someone would come back to install it. The shower actually retained hot water better now, although still after 5-10 minutes of a shower, if you have the handle on anything less than max heat it will still lose heat. Second plumber arrived with what appeared to be the part the first plumber had ordered. Instead of installing this part, he quickly reassessed the work of his predecessor and determined that this was not the part that needed replacing. He seemed determined to replace the part I had already replaced and left in search of parts. After returning unable to find the parts, he said they would have to order the part, reassembled the shower and left. Late, later that evening, my husband tried to take a shower. Nothing but cold water came out of the shower for a long time. My husband woke me up and showed me what was up since I was the only one home while the plumber was here, and all of a sudden out of nowhere, scalding hot water. We decided to just turn off the water and call Plymwr in the morning, however when you rotated the lever, the water wouldn't even shut off anymore! My husband and I turned off the water to our whole house (house is pretty old and the valves to turn off the water just to that bathroom are rusted and next to impossible to turn) took the handle and plate off, turned the water back on and discovered water was leaking back behind the shower wall and was spraying like the inside of a sinking submarine everywhere out of the cartridge and cap. We immediately turned off the water. I have texted, called repeatedly, and emailed Plymwr to please come back out here ASAP to at least get the shower back to the condition it was in after plumber 1 left. I have not gotten a response from Friday to today (Monday) so far. Saturday morning I called the home warranty company and let them know what was happening, and they made this a priority case since our whole house has to be without water since with it on it's a shower catastrophic failure, and said they would recall Plymwr out to the house ASAP. I understand this issue occurred on a Thursday night to Friday morning, and that weekends arenot usually considered business days, but Plymwr has limited Saturday hours listed, and I find it unprofessional to not at least have contacted me yet from my own messaging or from the home warranty's recall. I also find it unprofessional that plumber two essentially broke my shower even more, left, and now not only do I not have a shower, but I have no ability to have running water at all in my house, and nobody will call me back. I'd love to take this review down after the situation is rectified.
