I felt very mislead by my interactions with this company. I made a reservation for a car online, and when I called to confirm, the man on the line insisted that the rate online was wrong and it was actually some other rate. The rate still seemed reasonable, and the website had been fairly professional, so I still went through with the reservation. When I showed up for the pick up, I was shocked by the state of the office in comparison to their website. I had gotten the impression that the process would be more like renting a car from a larger dealership, but this was far more casual. I was given a single key to the one car they seemed to have on the lot. It was well over 20 years old and the odometer was broken at 299,999. The car had hand crank windows but decent AC. However when I turned the car on the check engine light was on, as was the light indicating that the driver side airbag was not functional. I confirmed these lights with the office, and was told it was just the lights, nothing was actually wrong. The car drove well, but left a large puddle of oil behind when parked. All together, I was very frustrated with the interactions I had with this company and I felt very tricked and misled by their website.EDIT: This business must have only recently seen my review, because I am now receiving calls from them. They have called me 4 times today. They sent me a text just saying to call them. When they called a third time, I answered because I was very confused why they would be calling me now. I asked if he was trying to harass me to change or remove my review, which he denied, but he called again even after I hung up. This is aggressive and the wrong way to handle business reviews you dont like. This gives you no grounds to harass me for accurately describing my experience with you.

Burbank Airport has one of the easiest car rental and return systems I have experienced. Your in and out as long as the counter has enough agents. Drop off is so efficient its crazy. I wish all airport car rentals were like this. The only drawback is the games played with prices. That part is maddening.

I had a really enjoyable experience with the actual drivers which is why Im giving 2 stars. But Henry was so rude to me when the driver wanted to pick up my car a day earlier than we agreed to. I called him to see if he could help because I wasnt ready a day earlier and he just went left on me about it not being a big deal because its only one day and that I can just uber around. I wasnt aware this company reimbursed for ubers.... When I pointed out the earliest available date I had in writing from him he pretty much hung up on me. This was my second time using this company but after that horrible customer service, I can no longer use or recommend it. Just find another broker or book through a driver directly.

I was with Progressive insurance for several years and had nothing but bad experiences. When it came time to get a quote for my homeowners insurance for a new home, they told me my local agent was 6 hours away from my home and to go there. That was when I luckily found Matthew Marsh. I called, spoke with Maritza, and was at the office signing the paperwork within 20 minutes. I met a live human being, not a call center where Im transferred 5 times before they hang up on me. Matthew came to meet me personally, and welcomed me as well. Maritza answered all my questions, plus I saved $150 per month on insurance. I could not believe I was over paying that much.
