This place is inconsiderate, rude and sneaky! As we drove off with a Toyota RAV it had expired TAGS! They didn't clean the exterior nor the interior, the interior was full of dust particles carpets were dirty and blood stains on the top interior.Did they forget we're in a PANDEMIC!Due to this vehicle being dirty on the exterior we didn't notice the windshield was chipped until after we drove off and we cleaned the windshields with the wipers.The TAGS showed JUN 2020 and license plates WASHINGTON aren't we in JULY?We only took the vehicle because it was the only upgrade MATT stated was available. After arriving home my family suggested I call Enterprise. This location did not answer their phones, so I called the main customer service line. I spoke with a representative that also was unsuccessful reaching them through the phone. The representative instructed me to drive back to the Location and request the vehicle to be switched out, the representative herself stated they should of never given us a vehicle with EXPIRED TAGS!After taking the vehicle back I Notice all the customers that were getting into their rentals the cars had just been washed. I than pointed out to Matt if all these cars are washed why wasn't ours why did you give me and my family a dirty vehicle in the condition you did.He stated the TAGS are ok. After all he has the audacity to deny that the TAGS ARE not expired and than states oh it was my bad I didn't have them clean your vehicle, and I'll try check to see if we have anything else if not you have to take the downgrade.Really MATT! Can someone please tell me if TAGS show JUN 2020 they are not considered expired and you won't be pulled over, that's probable cause to pull you over! What is wrong with this representative?After doing a research of my own about enterprise I notice on their WEBSITE it shows they have a PLEDGE to have clean cars and sanitized and all touch points taken care of. If they have a pledge why did I use my products to clean the interior for the sake of mine and my families health?Enterprise don't promise a pledge to only get business, have your representatives that represent the company follow this pledge for not only your customers sake but our countries sake, and this is why the spread continues!YOU don't follow your own pledge of having your vehicles sanitized for the next customer very disappointing and false advertisement!!!!!!!!!!Yes, Matt eventually switched out our vehicle to a ROUGE NISSAN WHICH HAD BEEN THERE WHEN WE ARRIVED earlier in the day, why couldn't you save us BOTH the trouble and inconvenience?Thanks for the switch out but this inconvenience delayed our entire trip! I didn't drive off their property until almost NOON! And my vehicle is not yet packed!Be careful when renting from them folks!CHECK EVERYTHING!

Bad experience. We reserved a Chevy impala. We reserved a midsized are. Not available.The first car we got, a Nissan sentra had a transmission that was going out. The transmission was slipping. Returned this car.The next car was a Dodge avenger. Smelled like cigarettes really really bad. They had no other vehicles available.... Hard to believe as this agency is in a car dealership. The tires shake really bad and the brakes make noise. The tank of gas was half full.Our family was squished in the back. We could not fit our Tias walker in the trunk.So, disappointed. Lets hope we make it home as we are Still in Las Vegas at the moment.Bad experience. Returned the car and the agent offered a 20.00 discount. Then instead of issuing a refund of the deposit she double charged the card.Heed this warning. Avoid this Camacho owned rental agency.
Avis Car Rental

This last experience was my very last time renting a vehicle with Avis. I booked my rental from Friday, July 14, 2023 until Monday, July 17, 2023 the rental car broke down and left me and my three daughters on the side of the highway for 2 hours until a tow truck arrived. After the first tow arrived he wasnt able to help because his company was contracted with Avis to move the car to a mechanic shop. So I had to wait an additional 45 minutes until the second tow truck arrived to tow truck truck to an assigned mechanic shop in Ontario, CA. I went to the Avis branch where I rented the car from to explain the situation that transpired and was told that I couldnt get a refund because the car broke down on Sunday and it was due on Monday at 8am anyway (how professional). I called the customer service number over five times only to get the run around while trying to get a refund due to the car breaking down on me. This wasnt my first bad experience with this company, but will be my last bad experience because Im taking my business elsewhere because the customer service is terrible.

My husband and I have been renting cars from Budget exclusively for about 2 years now. Every time we have paid with our debit card because we do not have credit cards and each time we pay an extra deposit because its our debit cards and we are fine with that. However this time we were in a bind and had to rent last minute, I prepaid for a 2 day rental with my debit card like usual and when my husband and I went to pick up the car at 6pm when he got home from work and all the other rental agencies were closed, we were told that because we did not have any major credit cards we would have to go through a credit check! We were denied our prepaid rental because of our credit report despite our rental history with this company.Then we were told we would have to call their corporate office to get our money refunded because they would see it as a last minute cancel. Obviously at this point I was really upset and called to speak to someone who instead of being comforting and understanding was rude and cold. I realize that I was pretty upset when I called but this manager had no tact or human interaction skills. He talked to me as if I was an idiot that didnt speak his language. On top of that we got a cancellation email that states they are charging us a $150 cancellation fee! Way to add insult to injury.After two years of rental history with this company I am going to make it my personal mission to make sure no one I know or come in contact rents from them ever again. They have no customer service skills and they clearly do not care about customer relationships. Im so disgusted by this place.

Want to say that Don Cannon, manager, and Joe Simpson who run this location are the reason why Hertz is my #1 go-to car rental company.In July, I flew to California to see my dad who was in ICU. Id previously reserved a vehicle at Palmdale Hertz. When I landed at LAX, I saw I would be an hour late to pick up the car, so I called the location. I found theyd already given the car to someone who was there at the Hertz location. I could come any way and see if a car came in. I sat at this location, waiting, and no car came. A couple of other customers came in whod had reservations and it was the same thing - no cars available.Essentially, Hertzs reservation system allows you to book whether inventory is there or not. But, everything is contingent on whether the previous customer actually brings back their car on time (which doesnt always happen; sometimes they keep the car later in the day or even extra days - Hertz has no control over this).All the other car rental companies in Palmdale were also out of cars, so there I sat... needing a car to get to the hospital. This is where Joe Simpson and Don Cannon come in... I dont know exactly how they did it, but they got me a car! They understood the time sensitivity of what was going on and they went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Their humanity and kindness in the midst of a terribly, vulnerable time for me blew me away! These gentleman are an asset to Hertz, and more importantly, men of integrity.I want to convey that, were it not for Don and Joe, I would never have rented from Hertz again due to the reservation system. I understand why Hertz has a policy of letting cars be rented to someone else if a person is near or late for their reservation pickup time; theyd lose money if the person didnt actually show up. This should have been made clear, however, when I made the reservation. Had I known, I would have pre-paid. Perhaps their website could have a clear indication that you can prepay for a guaranteed reservation, or hold without a credit card for an un-guaranteed reservation.I have since been back to California and rented from Hertz again (LAX this time) to see how the company did. I had an outstanding experience!Thank you, Don Cannon and Joe Simpson. Thank you, Hertz, for having such phenomenal people as the face of your company. I look forward to renting from Hertz again in the next couple of weeks.

When I took my vehicle to this shop everything started off really good. The receptionist Alicia was very helpful and great at her job. My car took 40 days to repair and David kept reassuring me they were almost done. When I saw that the color wasn't a true match, David was very positive and reassuring saying it wasn't a big deal and he would take care of it. He made sure I was comfortable and was able to get the paint fixed within a day and get my car back to me. David was very compassionate and honest and truthful and it was a pleasure dealing with him. I don't want to focus on the negative. I would definitely recommend using this shop and just be clear on what you need and your expectations. Good customer service is so vital to a business. I am so glad I was able to do service with DAVID. I got my car back this past Friday and my car feels new like nothing was ever wrong with it in the first place. Everything they did came with a lifetime warranty and I hope I never have to take it in to them again because so far it's good.

I mean who does that! She goes far and beyond for her clients. I will refer every single person I know that needs insurance to Jerry's branch at State Farm and I have haha. Was in search of more affordable insurance. My current insurance was quoting me over 100$ for basic coverage so I decided to shop around and see if I could find something cheaper. So glad I found Jackie. She was able to find me something affordable quickly. Friendly, and professional would definitely recommend. Made me feel like she was interested in not only finding me the best deal but also what best fit my needs. With everything going on at the moment, it was nice to be able to do this over the phone which was extremely convenient. I've been in the middle of purchasing a new car and have had to return and switch insurance multiple time and she has done it with ease. Just a phone call and a few emails and she gets it done. Had switched over 3 different vehicles, added my husbands truck and she found us the best rate. 10/10 recommend. Hands down best customer service in the AV.
