Enterprise Rent-A-Car
7407 Roseville Rd, Sacramento, CA 95842, United States
I'd like to take a moment to recognize four outstanding employees within Enterprise. Two of them are out of the Antelope California office and the other two are located in your Las Vegas airport office. Their names are Jose Veronica and Brendan Gill (Antelope California branch) and Miranda Griego and Nouvie Johnson (Las Vegas airport branch). My family and I rented a vehicle from the Antelope location to head to Las Vegas for a soccer tournament at 4:00 AM. Before we left we noticed that the rear tail light and rear blinker was not operating correctly. We had to get on the road at 4:00 AM and did not have a chance to contact Enterprise and swap out the cars. At 8:30 AM (already on the road), I contacted the Antelope office and spoke with Jose. He advised that I could go to any enterprise and swap the vehicle out. We couldn't find a location on the way that had an a sedan available. Jose advised that we could get into a bigger veh and they would cover the gas. We waited to get in town. We attempted to see if the vehicle could be repaired at a local Pep Boys but the issue was bigger then they thought. At this point we attempted to get a different vehicle in Las Vegas. Jose called serval Enterprise locations for us but everything was rented out and stores were closing at 3:00. He then advised that the airport (15mins away) would for sure be able to assist us. I called the airport and spoke with Miranda Griego and she was so helpful, kind and professional. She advise that we call her first thing in the morning as they should have a few sedans in for us. We called her at 9:00 AM and she said, yes we have a few sedans and for us to come on down so they can take care of us. When we showed up we had the pleasure of working with Nouvie Johnson which was calm, cool, and professional. She promptly got us into a new sedan with 15mins. As we were finishing up with wonderful Nouvie, Jose called me to check-in to ensure we were able to obtain a new vehicle. I was so shocked and thankful that he was checking in on us! Now fast forward to us returning home and dropping off the rental vehicle back to the Antelope location. We were able to meet and thank Jose in person which felt great!!! Then Brendan Gill took over to ensure we were fairly compensated for our troubles. He discounted our rental fees and covered some of our gas. He recognized that we had to go out of our way in order to attempt to repair the vehicle and swap it out when the repair couldn't be preformed. I know that I have a long story here BUT these four individuals took their jobs extremely serious in providing my family and I with an ultimate customer service experience. For this I will continue to rent vehicles for my future travels through Enterprise. THANK YOU, Jose, Miranda, Nouvie and Brendan for a job well done and most importantly for caring about your customers!!! - Lucia Richardson

Hertz Lyft Express Drive
527 Riverside Ave, Roseville, CA 95678, United States
I am giving 5 stars for certain aspects and 4 for others, but I like to round up! I really enjoyed my experience with the Hertz Location, I was helped my Kim, Scotty and Randy. I really appreciated Scott and I would absolutely give him 5 stars. He is knowledgeable and gives very good counsel. I appreciated speaking to him the most when there was an issue because he was so logical, centered and calm in crisis. Next, Randy, he was really kind and understanding, sincerely accommodating when possible. He gets 4.5 stars. Kim earned 5 stars the first time I rented my Lyft vehicle, she was on point that day, but the next time it was a little less pleasant. She didnt appear to be listening to me or maybe having a hard time being present in the moment. I would give her a 4, it may have been an off day. The car options were so wonderful, however certainly 2/3 cars needed maintenance, and as a driver, driving for 4 -6 hours straight in SF, I was sort of hoping for them to be a little more reliable, the fleet gets a 4. Lastly, the insurance plan was so helpful, when the Buick Encore was broken into in Oakland and Hertz switched out my car like nothing and I wasnt financial responsible for the damage to the vehicle and when the Nissan Rogue was having trouble on the hills getting it into maintenance was no issue; same for the A/C on Ford Escape. Definitely a wonderful location to visit with warm hardworking people!

An office and an insurance company not only providing excellent coverage and timely responses, but extending a strikingly personalized and caring feeling as an integral part of who they are and what you do.. However, for you personally, Esther, I have a request. Based on our experience over the last few years the sustained effort and the many hours you have generously given Gaye and I over the last few years (!), I need to be re-assured that you have a real life beyond your obvious dedication and concern for the needs of your clients. Thank you for always being there and offering a stabilizing hand when we really needed support.Jeffrey and Gaye Hawkins

Chris Hagans - State Farm Insurance Agent
1120 Douglas Blvd STE A, Roseville, CA 95678, United States
I have been a State Farm customer since 2011! My family has been a customer even longer than me. The day I received my car we drove straight over to the office to get me signed up.They have always been friendly, helpful and always go the extra mile.Even when this office changed over to the current staff. Nothing felt like it changed everyone is very nice, friendly and willing to help with anything. I even have random questions off and on. When I send an email I get fast responses. My work schedule makes it hard for me to visit during normal business hours. But Chris helps to work with my schedule if I need to go into their office.Only insurance company I recommend if anyone asks. I was in a car accident in December. They were all welcoming and helped with everything we needed in a stressful situation. They even helped with things I didnt know we needed to do. My mind was still foggy when I went into their office. Only hours after my accident..only a few minutes after they first opened for the day.I added my new husband to my plan back in 2016, he was welcomed. We added renters insurance and life insurance to our plan. Again everything went smoothly. After my car accident we added rental car extra insurance. Monthly payments havent gone up as much as I thought it would. That was very nice!

Blue Water Credit
8775 Sierra College Blvd Suite 350, Roseville, CA 95661, United States
BWC is for YOU and for ME!Where do I begin? To say that this company has changed my life sounds cliche and understated, but it couldnt be more true. To give you readers a look into my story, let me start with where I was only 3 months ago. My wife and I were preparing to submit a loan application for our first home...we got the letter...DENIED. The wind was sucked right out of our sails and we had no clue where to go from here. Her credit was stellar, Im talking in the 700s and I was making pretty good money and thought my credit was at least strong enough to quality so what was the problem? The incredible realtor that were using recommended Blue Water Credit, and it was the best decision we ever made! I never really understood credit...I thought it was just this 3 digit number that some people in a credit bureau put together and slapped on some paper to tell me what I was worth...but I was looking at it all wrong. This was my financial responsibility report card, and I was flunking! What do you do when you dont understand something in school? You hire a tutor! Well we did that. Blue Water Credit are the PhD tutors of credit! I have had the pleasure of working with Yana Whaley, one of the best Credit Specialists there! She opened a flow of knowledge about credit and payment history that was all brand new to me! She and her team walked me through every step and explained the process as things were changing. She is profoundly communicative, patient, and helpful. Im proud to say 3 months later and with nearly a 40 point increase, my wife and I are smiling down at our pre-approval letter!Listen, I know that credit repair folks have a bad rap. Its a scam... Theyll fix my credit but the problems will come back... Its going to cost me an arm and a leg... Let me stop you right there! Not only is this company reputable and willing to fight for you as long as you need them, but they are affordable and have great terms that YOU get to set! No minimal commitments or long term contracts, you use them when you want for as long as you want and when you see the results, youll be glad you did!I can go on and on about this incredible company, but let me just end with this: if you want professional credit repair with a permanent change to that 3 digit number you might have been fearing all while being treated like family by a transparent organization of folks that want nothing more than to help you get to where you wanna be, then look no further. Blue Water Credit and especially Yana Whaley, truly from the bottom of our hearts, thank you for all you have done!Listen, I know that credit repair folks have a bad rap. Its a scam... Advanced Integrated Pest Management
205 Kenroy Ln, Roseville, CA 95678, United States
Tenants had just moved out of my rental, giving me the opportunity to consider selling. To help make the re-rent or sell decision, I needed estimates for any repair work that would help sell the house. I began by calling Advanced IPM for a pest inspection. The inspector checked for dry rot by poking a metal-tipped pole into suspicious areas of siding, eaves, window sills, etc. The metal tip left a hole the size of a pencil eraser, just enough to be noticeable, but small enough not to require repair in the event of re-renting.Later in the day, I received a call from Advanced IPM informing me that the inspector had been “let go,” and “Another inspector will be out tomorrow.”The new inspector, “J,” marked areas of dry rot much differently: when he found indications of rot, he poked his pole into the wood, then gave it a sudden twist, popping out a chunk. The divots he created were large and unsightly enough that, should I decide to re-rent, I'd have to repair the damage. I wasn't happy. He also missed dry rot in the rear eave that the “let go” inspector had noted.I decided to sell. After all repairs were completed, I called Advanced IPM for a re-inspection. While J checked the repairs, I asked why he popped out chunks of wood. His reply: “So if we get the job, my crew can identify the dry rot,” a ridiculous answer, since his own pest report showed the exact locations of dry rot. J said he'd send a clearance report the next day. A week later --- no clearance. I called and asked a staff member to send it.When the property sold, the buyer asked for a Home Inspection. The inspector found a three-foot-long area of dry rot in plain sight next to the chimney and another above the garage door. Fortunately, California has a Structural Pest Control Board which takes consumer complaints seriously, and Advanced IPM repaired and painted the missed areas at no cost.J unnecessarily damaged my property, gave an unbelievable reason for doing so, missed three areas of dry rot, and didn't send a clearance as promised.I won't be calling Advanced IPM again.

Caliber Collision
2020 Taylor Rd, Roseville, CA 95678, United States
I always go into a business with the benefit of the doubt, and Caliber Collision was no different. I was promised a couple days short of two weeks for paint work, and parts replacement. I have never had a car in a shop that long for body work, but they were a preferred for USAA and I believed they would take good care of my car and therefore perform good, quality work, on my new car with just over 10 thousand miles. My car was returned late and with a lot of things that were done poorly, some of which include: front inner door panels having broken clips, which caused the panels to not sit flush and secure, and even one of the door speakers to rattle. Too much sealant used on rear cargo area windows that were removed and replaced, which caused the panels to not sit flush with the rest of the interior. Paint or sealant spray on rearview mirror, an aftermarket windshield even with a manufacturer sent memo that stated only factory windshields should be used. Malfunctioning rain sensing wipers after new non-factory windshield and sensor was put in. Fingerprints, dust, dirt all over a light colored headliner. Dust all over interior after delivery. After I called Caliber Collision back to have unsatisfactory work fixed, one of the managers was put in charge of working through and making things right. I was promised a middle of the week, Wednesday completion date, and once again fail to complete the work as quoted by not delivering my car until Friday. I had to call the manager multiple times during the week, and each and every time he told me he would try to get me the car back soon. The second time was for the rain sensing option that quit working on the car, and did not work when it rained. The manager explained to me that USAA or Mazda had sent a bulletin that advised the shops to not use windshields that were not a factory OEM part. Yet, they did the first time when they replaced it. So I asked him, so what does this mean? Does it mean the windshield will need to be replaced? He said “oh no, the windshield is fine, we're only switching out the sensor”. I was confused because he contradicted to what he had previously told me. So they changed the sensor, and it fell off the windshield after a couple days of me picking it up the second time. Finally the third and current time I took the car there, he said that the dealer told him that they had to change the windshield to an OEM one so that the sensor could work correctly. I was under the impression that USAA advised shops to use OEM parts for repair from the start, but I could be wrong. I know that some of the extra time, cost, inconvenience, and frustration could have been saved if they had used the right windshield the first time. The shop has 3 times given me time estimates for work being complete, and all 3 times they have failed to deliver. The original estimate was just over $6,200 and the total charge to the insurance have gone well over $12,000 and in essence doubled. Yet, I've had to go back 3 times and am still currently waiting for my car to be complete. They have not performed anywhere close to what their shop reviews say about them. They do not perform quality, timely, or clean work. They even left swirls on the paint on the rear panel, and in a few areas on the top of the car from a buffer or other equipment. The rear hatch panel that was actually supposed to not even need any work whatsoever. After the last visit, I found broken clips on the rear right tailgate trim panel, and screw caps busted on the top roof cargo rails. From start to finish of the incident occurring in February, to the last visit pickup in June the whole experience was awful. I often travel for work, and have noticed that Caliber has shops in practically every state, sadly they are taking over and buying out good local shops and turning them into franchises with low quality work and service. If you're looking for a shop, I would try a locally owned one before heading here.

Invitation Homes - Northern California
2901 Douglas Blvd #110, Roseville, CA 95661, United States
This place has absolutely no regard or compassion for their tenants. My sister and her family of 6 have lived in their home for less than 2 years, and are dealing with extensive water and mold damage from leaky pipes in the crawl space. It's to the point where the home is basically uninhabitable, and the water is obviously not potable with no possibility to bathe, brush their teeth or even wash their hands safely. All 3 bathrooms in the home have leaks, the water comes out discolored from every faucet, there is extensive wood rot and long term damage to the studs, and of course the crawl space/deck area is covered in mold. There was a major leak just a few days ago, causing the huge spongy bubble to form in the master bathroom flooring, which is obviously a safety hazard with the subfloor now being seriously compromised. The home also has asbestos and they are trying to make my sister, her husband and their 4 children stay in the home while the asbestos abatement is being performed, which is a major safety hazard. Is that even legal? She has tried reaching out to everyone possible at this point, even the health department. All “Invitation Homes” does is play phone games with her (doesn't sound very inviting to me). My niece has been sick for weeks now, they've all had to get checked out at the doctors to make sure there is no serious health problems going on. The smell of the crawl space is absolutely horrendous, and they are expected to live in an uninhabitable home through this whole process with no offers to be put up in a hotel or temporary housing. They refuse to communicate with her, and you would think that a corporation would have the insurance and the means to make sure their home are livable for their tenants. They make honest, hardworking people like my family pay an exorbitant amount of rent for a rundown, unsafe home. Children are expected to live in the middle of a safety hazard, if my family had the means to move out they would have already. But it's corporations like these that take advantage of our countries hardworking, tax paying citizens and have no qualms about endangering the lives of these people and this country's future generations. I don't understand how they have so many good reviews. And legal counsel is being sought, if anyone has any advice or help to offer it would be greatly appreciated.

Roseville Kia
110 Automall Dr, Roseville, CA 95661, United States
I was going to leave well enough alone but kia roseville keeps bugging me to send a review, so here it is. First, the sorrento they sold me brand new 7 months ago is 9k dollars under water. They offered to buy it back for 23k, which is 14k less than what I owe. I guess this is how much they think about their own product. Took it in for its first service and on the way there my car lost all its coolant. I informed them of this and eventually they recommended replacing the radiator for just under 1500 dollars. I decided I would just buy the radiator and put it in myself, because it wasnt covered under the warranty, and Im not willing to pay someone a thousand dollars to do what I can do myself. I went to pay for the oil change and they said it was $330? They wanted to charge me 220 dollars to diagnose my radiator problem. I dont think its fair to charge someone to just agree with them. I went in telling them the problem. They did wave the charge and my oil change was only $120. I went to the parts counter to buy the radiator and the guy said they didnt have one in stock? Weird because they were just going to replace the radiator for 1500. I had my car towed from kia roseville and I left. I didnt believe they didnt have a radiator so I called back later and just asked for it over the phone. The guy said he had to check to see if he had one in stock. He came back to the phone and said yes he had one and would hold it in will call for me. What? I drove back and went to the parts counter asking why they lied to me? The guy said his manager didnt want to sell the radiator to me because I had choice words with him about the inferior product I was sold. I ended up buying it and installing it in about 4 hours. I found a piece of porcelain in the bumper that came through the radiator and caused the damage. The reason is because the size of the openings on the bottom of the front facade. They are so big that the radiator and the ac condenser are completely exposed to road. I recommend changing the design because this will be more and more common. Any kia sorrento owners out there that have had to replace their radiator? I went out and bought a fine mesh metal screen and lined the inside of the plastic bumper so nothing can errintley fly in and take out the radiator or God forbid the ac condenser. I implore everyone that reads this to never buy a kia product, and for some reason you have to, dont go to kia roseville. They will sell you an inferior product that will be overpriced and holds no value while you own it. There you kia, you got your review. I had to give them a one star rating or I couldnt post my review?
