Enterprise Rent-A-Car
229 S E St, San Bernardino, CA 92401, United States
If I could do a negative score I definitely would. Do not rent from this place. My son came there to rent a car thru his insurance while his car was in the shop. The staff left for the day with my son and his brother (including his brothers car) inside and locked the gates. I called customer service and couldnt reach anyone due to them being closed as a whole company. I called the roadside assistance number and explained what was going on and they stated they couldnt reach anyone and advised us to call the police to get them out. We called the police twice and were told they would be there when they could because they were dealing with life and death situations. I called an enterprise car sales office that was still open and was told they dont have any numbers either to call someone to get the gate open and was told to call the police. They jumped the fence when their dad got there and left my other sons car in the lot. When I returned this morning to let them know I was upset because of what happened last night the manager Jessica and staff were combative stating they left after 6 pm and no one was there. I kept trying to explain that they were and had picture to prove it. My son told them to pull the cameras and at that point I was told they were refusing to rent to my son and leave. I drove to another location and was told that the account was blocked and couldnt rent from enterprise. I asked for the regional manager number and was told to call 800 rent a car and if the complaint was warranted they would escalate it up but wouldnt give me any other numbers. I have filed a complaint and now am waiting for Joel Lujan the Regional manager or Shawn Twyman the Regional VP to contact me. I was told I would get a call within 48 hours, but that the email sent to them they would receive immediatly, so if they are checking their email I might get a call sooner. Horrible customer service at this location!!! Do not rent from this location unless you want to risk getting locked in with no one to contact. Im disappointed that the customer service line doesnt even have a call center to answer after hours to help with off situations like this.
Hertz Car Rental - San Bernardino - Camino Real...
1352 Camino Real Suite 100, San Bernardino, CA 92408, United States
This place has changed. I've been doing business at this location for 5 years. The old branch manager was great! I always felt taken care of and I was always treat fairly. The newest branch manager is completely incompetent, unfair, argumentative, and unreasonable. It's unfortunate but the folks here at this location have a distorted view the good people of San Bernardino and they feel like they have to be extremely hard-nosed to deal with the “type” of people in this community. One of the employees said that customers service is different in San Bernardino, like the people here are less than human or something.Anyway, I'm never doing business here again. They make up rules and are not willing to abide by their own written policies. They simply can't be trusted. Over spent at least $100,000 with hertz over the last 10 years and I never experienced anything like this. I wonder if it would have been different if I booked under my presidents circle account. So to make a long story short I arrived 45 minutes after my reservation time and the attendant said that there is a 30 minute grace period (I never heard of such a policy). I showed them the documented hertz policy that said there is an hour grace period and she looked confused and still argued they the grace period is 30 minute. At the end of the day the car I reserved was rented out already and I was going to have to pay more for the car that was available. I was there well within the documented grace period. I've never experienced anything think this at a hertz location. I asked to speak to the manager and she said that they was no supervisor on site. She was caught in a lie when the assistant manager walked in a few minutes later. He had been there the whole time. In fact I saw him when I walked in. The lack of integrity runs through everyone I encounter at this location. I was very disappointed. At the end of the day the other option was $40 more that the original price. Not a big deal, but my concern is integrity and abiding buy printed policies that the company shares. I highly recommend avoiding this place if at all possible.

Jason Reyes - State Farm Insurance Agent
2999 Kendall Dr Ste 201, San Bernardino, CA 92407, United States
I have been with State Farm for over 55 years, so I have been through a few agents, needless to say. I must say they were all good agents, but none better than Jason Reyes. We were transferred to him when we lost our previous agent and they had just put up stakes in Kendall Plaza. From the start Jason was attentive and detailed in his approach to our insurance needs. As an agent in life&health myself, I appreciated his dedication to supremely excellent & professional customer service. His staff is top notch, friendly and helpful with an eye on solving whatever challenge may arise. My car was caught in the 9/11 torrential rains and Jason went above & beyond, including helping me to get home with my kiddos!!! He turned an awful situation into a bearable event. Thank you all ~ Jason, Erika, Liz, and Shay! I truly appreciate your amazingly professional yet personal customer service! ONE NOTE: People tell me State Farm is expensive, but I beat every one of my friends rates with other carriers...you should check it out!
Melissa Milender - State Farm Insurance Agent
738 S Waterman Ave a8, San Bernardino, CA 92408, United States
Melissa took over when George Eninger passed away and I wasnt too sure in the beginning how I felt about that. I visited her in person in her office soon after she became our new agent and I instantly loved her!! Not only does she have the type of personality that makes you feel very comfortable and welcomed, she really knows her stuff! These past few years Ive been blown away with how intelligent she is and how well she knows the ins and outs of the insurance business. Shes been able to help me with so many things from car insurance, an accident, home insurance, rental insurance and shes given me really smart financial insight on issues not even related to her business. When we were having our home built, she even came by in person to check it out herself so she could find us better discounts and include things that would offer us better coverage that I would have never thought to include. I thought that was pretty awesome and it made me feel like more than a valued client, but a friend. A friend is really how shes made me feel ever since she started as my agent. Im extremely grateful to have Melissa as our agent. I hope she stays in this business for the long haul because I cant imagine an agent would come along thats better than her!
Community Action Partnership of San Bernardino ...
696 S Tippecanoe Ave, San Bernardino, CA 92408, United States
Im disappointed at these people. First time going there to get rental assistance. They assign me with Lesli a worker who was never at work and I walked in three times a week since I emailed this person so many times and never returned my emails. I informed my landlord that I already submit my application to them, and since my landlord didnt want to wait and proceed to file an eviction notice and then call them saying she already filed and the month is not over. So Lesli decides to disqualify my appreciation even though she saw my application was already submitted way before and also people who worked there saw that and kept on saying to email Lesli. Its already annoying how they considered them helping people and not look at the time my application was submitted and it was her not being in the dam office to help people who were assigned to her even the people who work there didnt do anything or assigned me to someone else or tell my racist landlord that they were going to help me when I have everything they need. Its upsetting and I asked you to speak to someone else, and thats what they say, sorry your application got denied because my landlord decided to file and she had never shown me any papers just word of mouth so she can add more money for me to pay. First time I need help...and these people are not even helping at all. Sad but the truth.
El Monte RV Rentals
565 E Redlands Blvd, San Bernardino, CA 92408, United States
LONG REVIEW- TL;DR - Customer service didnt feel customer oriented, had problems with RV. But if we *had* to rent from here again, we might. We were comped for some items for inconvenience. Continue for details:We were first-time RV renters. When we first called to ask about rentals, the woman who answered spoke so fast we couldnt even process what she was saying and when we would ask her to clarify, it seemed like we were bothering her. Still, we reserved a rental.Upon being contacted for rental pickup, again - fast speaking woman was the one who called us. She gave us the time we needed to go pick up, but no other information.I had a short list of questions but only got to ask one because as soon as she gave me the answer and I said thank you (for the answer), she ended the call and hung up.I brought my dad along to the rental pick-up so our car could be driven back by someone. The same woman from the calls was the same to service us at the counter. She had us sign off rental info then asked for the authorized drivers to sign the paper. I signed, my dad signed, then I told her that my husband was at work and therefore not present to sign. Then he cant drive. Mind you, we werent told that all drivers would have to be present (again, first time renters so we had no idea what to expect). So that was a wouldve-been-nice-to-know moment. We inspected the RV interior on our own because of COVID guidelines and was shown existing minor exterior bumps and dings that we were not responsible for. Then, we just kind of stood there outside. Finally someone came out to give us the last of our paperwork and we were like, ..so, do we just leave now? We just didnt really feel very well informed on whats supposed to happen and when.Got home with the RV and cleaned the interior myself (not sure if they also clean it, but it still needed some attention). Also, good thing I tested and checked all storage areas because the storage key actually cracked (rusted). That wouldve been a nightmare on the road. So I drove back to the rental place to get a replacement. We learned on our first night out that one of the hoses underneath the RV wasnt properly connected/glued to the drainage (? - I dont know anything about how it worked. I just know our fresh water drainage was leaking everywhere at the RV site and my husband had to do a quick fix to remedy it). Also, electrical outlets in the kitchen and dining area did not work so we were hooking up our small appliances into the bedroom outlets or overhead compartments. For these things, our additional mileage was waived which was I think about $80.When we returned the RV, the fast-speaking woman seemed much nicer than our initial interactions with her. However, while she was nice with us this time, there was a man who came in looking to ask questions about his upcoming rental and she told him repeatedly she didnt have time to answer anything and shed have to call him which, to me, seemed unprofessional because she couldve asked either my family or the man to hang on a bit while she addressed one or the other.Ill add that the rest of the staff (young man and young woman) though nice, seem unknowledgeable. I think if they had the skillset to address some of the concerns then it would make for a smoother process for all parties because the woman seems stressed out and the younger employees seem like they want to help, but cant.
Veronicas Insurance Corporate
290 W Orange Show Rd Suite 100, San Bernardino, CA 92408, United States
Horrible, Inexperienced and Lying Company! I purchased a 3 month Auto Policy with these people only because of the Convenience of being 5min away from them and I wanted to do some Insurance Shopping Since Mercury stopped Accepting American Express. Anyways back to Veronicas: when the next billing cycle came I received no Bill, no Text, no Phone call and no Email. I did call several times and was told They had Tried calling me but my Phone was Disconnected Operator tells me someone will call you back Guess what, no one ever does! Apparently this is a Fly by Night Company and Only Cater to the Weak, for I saw Many people their that did not Comprehend what they were buying in Coverage, as far as they Knew they were probably buying Aluminum Siding for their Car! Scary Company, just stay away. I did however call Geico (never gave them a thought before) but only because I heard their commercial on the Radio all the time, so guess what? I DID SAVE ABOUT $100Ddls on a 3 month Auto Insurance Plan! I feel much better now, good bye and good Riddance to that Veronicas Place!
Pick-A-Part

We left/forgot our cellphone at the end of the shift because it was closing time and if the register closes you cant get or pay for the part, so in the rush we forgot the phone. I called the next morning and the operator for the parts department who works at the location were we left the phone was a straight up b, refuse to even try to help, made up the most pathetic excuses but straight up didnt care or ever try to make an effort to help, yes we forgot the phone but it is not even a two minutes walk from the desk were she is at or the front entrance door were there are about 7 guys covering the front. It was literally just a few steps away, I live in Perris ah 45 minute drive away with no traffic. Youre not special just because you work at a department for mostly men and you sit in front of a computer charging for parts or looking for them, wow so special? She didnt care but had it been her would of cried to the world. Yes Im making it about her but thats the best way to describe this experience with a mentally stuck up self centered dumb women who probably gets to many complements because shes surrounded by only men and now thinks shes to good to help someone, thats all this leads up to. I just needed help and she just did everything to not. Again thanks for nothing princess
Moss Bros. Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM San Bernardino
1100 S E St, San Bernardino, CA 92408, United States
The only way my experience could be worse is if they lost or wrecked my truck, but maybe that would have been better. Sitting here in the collision center lobby right now. Vanessa called me around 11am and asked what time I could come in. I responded 2 or 3 hours. She said perfect. I walked in at 1pm and they think she just left for lunch and might not be back until 2pm. Moss Bros had my work truck for 5 months. 1 month in service department rebuilding my transmission and a couple other things covered under the warranty. (40k mile truck). Then moved to collision center to replace a door that was damaged when someone broke into my truck and some additional dings that I wanted fixed while in the shop. 4 months later, they decided to close their riverside collision center and moved my truck to San Bernardino. A week later I get a call that it's ready. I scheduled an appointment with Vanessa to pick up. After I got in, and waited about 1/2 hour, she started putting together the paperwork. Another 1/2 hour later I was able to pay and get my keys. I got on the freeway and the check engine light came after a few minutes, so I took it straight back to Moss Bro riverside. They were unwilling to look at it on the spot even though they had my truck for 5 months. The next day I picked it up again and that afternoon I found out that my automatic door opener was not working. I took it back to get it fixed. They got it fixed in a couple hours and I picked it up again. The following weekend, I took a road trip for Labor Day to Arizona. While driving through the rain, the door appeared to be leaking on my passenger. The door they replaced. When we got to AZ, I went to passenger side to take a look and noticed a missing screw or the window trim. Unrelated to the leak, but close by. I also noticed that my door panel was not repaired. For some reason dodge uses plastic screws to hold the door panel and it broke a couple years ago. It was in my repair list when I dropped off the truck 5 months ago, but I guess they didn't have time to get to it. When I went to get gas, I also noticed that the plastic piece that hold the gas cap to the door wasnt attached. Anywhere I attach it, it just falls off. Hopefully they'll fix it now. I'm also eager to see if they can figure out where that extra screw goes. I found a screw in the back seat. Came out of something but I guess they thought it's not important enough to put back. Funny side story, during the 4 month repair process, the “dealership” ordered the wrong color door and the wrong tail light, delaying the repairs. I would have thought dealer would know their own cars. But what do I know.Update. One month later. Sitting here again to pick up my truck. I called on Monday to check the status and found out that Vanessa no longer works here and no one apparently knew that my truck was still here. I'm hoping they fixed the leaky door. Funny story, they replaced the door and then it leaked water and then they wanted to put another claim on my insurance for the leaky door. A problem they created. Hahaha. These kids. Door panel is still broken. It was on my initial request to fix 7 months ago. Asked again a month ago when I dropped it off for the leaky door. Everyone just passing the buck. No one knows what's going on.
