Someone that works here started calling us at 5:55 in the morning! He called 3 times in a half hour wanting to know if we were going to return our Uhaul. I answered on the 3rd call and told him that we had called Uhaul and let them know we could not make it back on time but would have it back in the morning. At this point he started chewing me out about “not having it back and how he had to tell the people that it wasn't going to be there when they needed it!” Ya, I get it. This was done to us the day before and had to drive 2 hours away so we were set out on our schedule. I'm sure this happens often so I'm not sure what he had such an attitude for. I tried to be polite but the rudeness continued so I finally hung up the phone. I highly recommend going somewhere else.

Horrible experience. I had reserved a U-Haul for mobile pickup at this location. Mobile pickup was not possible because the keys were locked in the office. Waited around for over an hour for the office to open, and it never did despite it being their business hours. No one answered the phone. Had to get a U-Haul from a different location. Started my move 3 hours late and ended up paying hourly movers to wait around. Is this location actually real?

This started bad but ended pleasant.When I first signed up I was greeted by a phone call from a man named Petar who immediately started yelling and remaining things.I had to tell him several times to calm down and explain what he was yelling at me and what he wanted.He wanted me to sign a second contract or “good luck figuring it out in my own” when I showed up to my unit later he had locked us out of it. And when I went to leave he was picking fights and yelling more. Even though we let him know we clearly had a code and an out there. He was a true POS.I immediately called requesting to cancel my unit. I recieved a call from Reese the next day asking what had happened. After explaining I. Detail she was PISSED for me.She was very apologetic understood why I wanted to leave and asked if she could make it right.She let me know that he would never step foot in that location again I agreed to try for a month and see what I feel afterwards . On my arrival Reese apologized more for what happened she went above and upgraded me to a better unit that was more accessible. She was very understanding. Sympathetic and treated me like an actual person. Unlike Peter.I left feeling much better about the experience with Reese, not very many people listen without being defensive, not very many people want to make things right and Reese went above and beyond to do all of that.

I purchased my Jeep here almost 4 years ago so this has always been my go to place. The service I've received in the service dept over the years is the reason I drive from Natomas all the way to Folsom. In all honesty I tried other locations but they are NOO comparison to this location. This round my car was in the shop for over a month. There was sooo many hurdles between my warranty and the car rental and the dealership but it allowed for this place to prove their customer service on a whole other level!! The manager James & staff spent countless hours on my behalf to make sure I was fairly taken care of. There was one point the mechanic got on the phone with me & the warranty folks to explain the parts that needed replacing which helped ensure they were covered. There was so much miscommunication but not only did this place speak on my behalf they took the hit financially for some of the things that went South. THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART? As if this wasn't enough they put me in a loaner to ensure I didn't go without a car while mine was being repaired. James & team I'm forever indebted to you! There isn't enough stars here to rate your EXCELLENT service!!! At the end of it all you made sure the customer was above all else and I'm truly grateful! Again I drive a good 35 minutes to have my car maintained. The EXCELLENT service I get here has always been the reason why! This time proved to me even more that not only will I get my car serviced here but when I'm ready to buy my next car I'm bringing my money right back here & i mean that!! I've been bragging to all my family & friends too!! Thank you Folsom Lake Jeep you have set the bar so high I doubt I'll ever ever go anywhere else!! Make Your Move is an exceptional moving company!!Kevin was an amazing first point of contact for their company! I was aimlessly searching Yelp, looking for something special that stood out amongst the clutter of endless listings for Sacramento area moving companies. Luckily, Make Your Move was the second company that I called! I spoke to Kevin for nearly 20 minutes, and over the course of our conversation, I informed him that I had most definitely confirmed my selection of who to go through for moving!I could not believe how down-to -earth Kevin was, as well as how he patiently addressed each and every concern I had. I told him that since I was in the business of customer service for over a decade now, I could not express enough, my gratitude for his genuine nature, knowledge, and ability to take control of the situation with professionalism and respect!! Something my situation needed drastically. I could not believe that he had so much patience along with his unwavering positive energy in regard to his work. He expressed that he was doing what he loved and that could not have been more evident!The moving team he sent out for us were exceptional and on both occasions! They went far above expectations, instilling within us great confidence!! All happening with extremely short notice, the very next day to be exact. All while making sure to verify in detail everything to my satisfaction, as our items were carefully wrapped to be packed on their truck, all done with flawless execution!The second time we used their services I knew our needs were exceptionally difficult, since we then needed two, nearly 8 foot high, all-glass shelves moved down a flight of concrete stairs as well as transported to my storage unit, miles away! Miraculously they moved every piece, again meticulously ensuring to wrap each one individually with great care. The pricing for such an endeavor was beyond reasonable as we expected a hefty fee and the personable team of movers truly made the entire experience a pleasure, especially because every piece of glass made the move safely. The other items also made it to their destination just as they had left, on top of that, they set up my new home just as I wanted, conveniently by the point of a finger.Thank you so much to Kevin and his amazing team of movers!! I know that this is a company we all can trust saving me the trouble of looking any further for any future moves!

SHANNON FAMILY AUTOMOTIVE HONESTY AND TRUStWORTHINESSI used Shannon Family Automotive for the first time in December last year for a regular service on my Toyota Camry Hybrid after hearing some good words about their service so I wanted to prove it to myself about their honesty and trustworthiness. Their actual expertise is on Japanese cars especially Toyota and Honda but I have a 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 5.7 Hemi that has only 41k miles because it is basically just our weekend vehicle. It has a bad leak on the power steering and it needed an oil change so I called Scott, one of their service adviser that I worked ( a super nice guy) with and I asked him if he can have it fixed and I was delighted when he said yes. I told him that there is no rush because I hardly drive that truck, he was happy because they were a kind of booked that day and he was going to call me about the repair later but he never did.THE PROOF OF THEIR TRUST AND HONESTYI received a message on my phone from Scott on the following day that my truck is ready and the power steering issue is not a big deal which is surprise. So when I came to pick it up and pay the bill it only showed the charges for oil change and he told me that they only have to replace a hose clamp. So asked why he is not charging me for it and he said it is not a big deal? This just show how honest and trustworthy Shannon family automotive's employees are, Scott in particular who just proved it to me and I have a feeling that it is across the board so I highly recommend them to everyone. Imagine if I took my truck somewhere else, I would have been had. I will be using them from now on. Thank you Scott for your good service and honesty! Oscar ??

(also posted on Yelp)Today, Saturday 6/25/2022 I suffered a horrible tire blowout on the freeway, US-50 eastbound. Literally, the worst tire mishap I have ever suffered personally. Full blowout at highway speed in the left lane, and a small shoulder to pull into. And the car was full of family. AAA towed us to this Americas Tire.I am a longtime customer of my local Americas Tire location in the Bay Area.At the front desk was Austin. He was helpful and understanding of my plight: the car was loaded with family, including two persons over 70. The tire of the vehicle is a rare size. They didnt have any in stock. He immediately started making calls, and on the fourth one he contacted, he found them.The store manager, Ryan, was in the bays helping his team. I could also overhear him giving mentorship and instruction to the guys working that day. Again, a hot Saturday in Rancho Cordova.Ryan insured his team was in good shape and on top of their workflow, and he himself went to get our tires from the other location that had them. A 20 mile drive.And still, with all of that, and terrible westbound traffic on US-50 they still had us back on the road in under two hours.Now, Ive never had bad work done at Americas Tire. Even down to cleaning the sidewalls of the tires that werent changed. Visual inspection looked good. The work itself was up to their usual high standard.But the care and the service this guys showed us... of the charts. Way above and beyond. It wasnt just what they did, it was how they did it. That human factor that included situational understanding and sensitivity.Not enough good things to say. Treat these guys right, because I get the impression that they try to treat everyone right. Even from bits of interaction with other customers that I overheard.I hope they read this. Thanks a lot guys.

Exceptional service and amazing customer service. Exceeded expectations. I have watched videos reviewing dealership service centers in the past, specifically ones being investigated for charging for things that aren't needed in hopes of increasing sales through employees on commission based pay. I was expecting to be told I needed service on my vehicle while there . They only recommended tires in near future which is absolutely true and they didn't not push it at all. My personal rep was very friendly welcoming and made me feel special. Although I know it's their job to do so I felt it was beyond sincere.if it hadn't been it wouldn't matter because it felt that way. That's what matters most to me . They didn't make me feel like I was lesser than or try to outsmart me in the amount of knowledge they had about my vehicle. In fact my rep complimented me on the amount of knowledge I had . Very commonly people gaslight or try to act like know matter what they are have to one up you. This is not something I experienced here. . I have 4 stars out of 5 becuase 4,5 wasn't an option and let's be real no body is absolutely perfect . I guess if I had to say what would give 5 stars I would have been approached when I pulled into the parking lot and told where to go instead of having to get out of the vehicle and try to find on my own where I was supposed to go or where I was supposed to park the vehicle . No big deal too. The other thing that would have helped would have been towasmvgğto wash my car and I was expecting that but the car wasn't washed or it was but then got dirty again before I saw it z the inside was not cleaned at all which would have been really nice . I cleaned the loaner really good before returning it and it would have been nice to get into a clean car inside and out when I left there, . In all fairness I returned the loaner which less gas than when I got it because I just forgot and then realized it after I was there but it's not like they knew that. Overall; near perfect…especially my rep Devin. She's got to be the best because you just can't get any better than that. To emphasize that point, I wouldn't have left a review, but I felt it wouldn't have been fair to her to not receive one for the exceptional job she did. That is one and only reason for even considering a review. If anyone is going to be using this dealership service center Folsom Lake Chevrolet, I would definitely call ahead and request that you get Devin as your rep if you want the best experience possible..

The certified used car I purchased malfunctioned after less than 20 hours. I took it back to the dealership where it has been for over a month. When I requested that I be able to look for a car I could be confident in they talked about their inspection process. The same process that didn't capture the major issue with the car they sold me. But as the service manager said, “ i'm just the messenger”The message: shop elsewhere!!!Updates:It just gets better and better at Folsom Lake Hyundai. I went to pick up my car on Saturday, after calling and informing the “service” department I would be there. I was told, see you tomorrow and that was all. When I arrived the keys could not be found. After 30 minutes Oz, the sales manager, said they the “service” department didn't know I was coming. Lie 1.It was after hours, but nothing was said during my phone call the day before except, see ya tomorrow.Oz suggested I bring the loaner back on Monday. The dealer is an hour drive from work. I said I'd bring it Saturday. He suggested they drive mine here and pick up the loaner which I agreed to.I get a call from “ service” today telling me I have to drop off the loaner and if I don't they will charge a daily rate. I said i won't pay it. ( note: they had already asked me to drive there again, because they neglected to fill out the paperwork for the loaner)They call back and threaten again, this time with the added bonus of saying they can come pick up the loaner but they can't bring my car to me. So they can drive an hour here to get their car, but not bring the car they had for 5 weeks and I had for a day.The Tucson I purchased passed their pre-owned inspections. I was told they wanted to make sure I was a happy consumer, the manager responded to my review saying let's talk.But had done nothing to mitigate the horror show of an experience this has been. They are wonderful in the public eye, but that facade fades when you ask for decent service and accountability.What is really upsetting is that my brother bought a car from CarMax after I was sold a lemon. He found a problem and they took it back, gave him no problems with the loaner, and let him choose something else off the lot. Thecomplete opposite of my experience with this dealer.It was all bad, but to not drop off the car is complete BS.I bet this review won't garner any action either, but at least you all have been warned.Update:FLH - unable to keep a straight story. I called the sales manager Drew as he asked on his response to my review. Rather than an apology, accountability, or sincerity I got the usual FLH bs. The lack of service department called at 6 this evening about the loaner. Not my car they had for over a month because it malfunctioned less than 20 hours after driving off the lot. I had to remind them of their story line. I was told I could t return the car after hours when I asked why they didn't leave my keys and paperwork for checkout on Saturday- since they knew I was coming.I was told o couldn't return the loaner after hours because of the paperwork. They seem to have no answer for how I am to get the car to them when I have a late work week and am an hour away.I reminded him if that today, he told me his job was to get the car. So I see my error. I thought their job was to sell and maintain reliable vehicles. I thought as they are the “service” department their job was to ensure that the cars they sell work without malfunction.The sales manager Oz has dangled the we will pick it up bait twice and reneged on it both times. That's when the game starts, he's sales- he's a manager and k owns the protocol of the business. Guess I'll have to contact Hyundai corporate.So to be clear the mission is not to sell reliable cars and trucks- remember this children.#should have gone to CarMax
