Very disappointing experience.I am only giving it one star because there isnt a No star or Negative five star option...I believe it should be fraud to not disclose exact pricing.I called them and reserved a box truck to move a refrigerator. They quoted me $29.95when I arrived to pick up the truck they wanted to charge me $62.00 ...???It should be assumed that if i intend to rent a vehicle, that i intend to drive it....I believe that to not disclose INTENT to charge for EVERY mile is misleading. why would I rent a vehicle if I didnt intend to drive it?Patron - Hey thats a really nice truck, is it for rent?U-HAUL - Why, yes it is...P - Fantastic! how much does it rent for?U - $50P - $50??? any chance you could go lower? $50 is all I have, and... I only need it for an hour.U - no. sorry it is $50 to rent this truck!P - okay. I live ten miles away, so Ill see you in twenty minutes.U - no problem.twenty minutes later....P - hi, I am here to rent your truck for $50.U - Great. that will be $100P - $100??? but you said it was $50 to rent your truck........U-HAUL - oh... it is $50 to rent this truck, but it is another $50 if you want to drive it!!!Patron - hmmmmmm..... :( but you said... and I told you I only had...It was literally twice as expensive to rent (and drive) the truck in question than the price that was advertised, and quoted over the phone by U-HAUL ...And, expressing this to the person behind the counter only encouraged a whatever kind of wry smile...beyond frustrated...

I highly recommend this place to anyone whos seeking superior customer service! I was in town for a quick trip and unfortunately landed a flat tire, I was extremely concerned considering my tires usually have to be custom ordered since the majority of tire places dont carry this size tire on a daily basis, and my biggest concern was very few places have the machines to remove and replace the tire from the rim since the rim size is a 24. (They usually go up to a 20)I called American Tire Depot around 10:00 am and spoke to Brett, I explained to him my situation in a panic and he handled the situation like a Boss. He made a quick call, ordered my tire and by 4pm had the tire there and ready to install, not to mention he told me that he checked and they did in fact have the proper machine to handle the 24 rim size.When I arrived with my truck on a flat bed the guys in back had it in the garage in less then five minutes of it coming of the truck. They were great as well, everyone there had a positive and welcoming attitude, they were professional, efficent, and met all the specific accommodations needed to get the job done.I was in and out of there in less then 45min to an hour. Not only do they price match but already gave me the lowest price Ive ever had on my tires. I definitely give American Tire Depot as a business and the employees they have running the place a 5+ star rating.Take any car year make or model there and you wont be disappointed.?????????

Customer Satisfaction is Their Top-Priority!!5 Stars are simply NOT ENOUGH!!! Multiply that by 3 and you would be closer (15 Stars!!!). I actually drove 50 MILES (one way) to get to their OUTSTANDING bicycle center. I was having a mechanical issue with my bike while out riding on a Saturday morning. I saw the Westlake Village Trek service van parked on PCH in Trancas to support an organized ride they were having. Long story short, their technician DJ offered to see if he could repair my rear brake/hub combo to keep me riding................and I wasnt even part of their group!!! His expertise allowed me to complete a 50 mile ride without sustaining what surely would have been a mechanical failure in the middle of nowhere. I was so impressed by DJs willingness to help I drove the 50 miles from the South Bay to Westlake Village to have their technicians fully address my bikes mechanical issues. I was immediately impressed by the size, cleanliness, organization and how well stocked their bicycle center is. I have been in a dozen or so bike stores in the Los Angeles area and this the only one I would call a BIKE SUPERSTORE!!! I checked in my bike with DJ and the next day Dalton (another technician who is playing hurt due to a volleyball injury) called to provide status on the work order. We discussed some servicing options and he said he would come in the next day at 7AM to finish the work before noon. When I went in at noon I was able to meet Danny the store manager and Dalton the technician who worked on my bike. My bike was completed on time and Dalton even performed some delighters to correct assembly errors from another Trek store.Danny, Dalton and DJ all provided me an OUTSTANDING experience with Westlake Village Trek. They provided me with thorough, efficient, professional servicing of my Trek Domane with an INCREDIBLE bike store experience. They truly cared about my bike and my customer satisfaction. I also thought their pricing was fair for the amount of work performed. If/when I have a need for servicing, gear purchases, or another bike my first stop will be Westlake Village Trek.Oh, and after your visit, head to The Stonehaus for some food and drink!!!

Years ago my my mom rented a storage unit from StorQuest. I helped her move her belongings in there and the staff was really friendly and helpful. The reason why my mother wanted to store her stuff there because it was brand new facility that had security cameras everywhere and it was climate controlled.Fast forward to today, I needed to rent a unit for my stuff and the first thought that came to my mind was StorQuest off of Skyline Dr. I went there and sure enough the staff hasnt changed. Nice, professional, easy going and friendly. They showed me available units and each size so I could get an idea of how big of a unit I needed. I was still needing to figure out a size and they gave me a 7 day hold on a unit so I can figure out how to store my furniture and items. Once I had everything in place, I sat down with the Store Manager Caitlin and she thoroughly went through the process and broke down each individual rules, fees and went over the contract. Just like when my mom went to rent a unit and how nice they treated her, they treated me the same way. Professional people, professional business and overall a great facility. I highly recommend this storage facility to anyone looking to rent for the first time.My only negative feedback I would give is, when StorQuest was following up on my appointment, they called from a call center rather than calling from the actual place itself. There was no hassel from them but I figured if it was from the place you wanted to rent from they would call you from their facility. Not a big deal but that was my only negative feedback. Otherwise Id give this place a 5 out 5 stars.

I brought in a Samsung Galaxy S5 thats been unoperative for 3 years, bloated battery separated the screen from the chassis and cracked the screen, and then shampoo that had soaked the phone and cord when it was plugged in after Id purchased a new battery.I needed the phone fixed because I need the call logs and text messages from the internal memory for a legal case.I was told by darker haired gentleman at the counter at this Batteries and Bulbs location that nothing could be done for this Galaxy S5 phone, the guy at the counter never picked up or touched the phone, he came to that conclusion without examining it.When I got home, I then watched a few YouTube videos and diagnosed that the power cord was no longer working and the connector for the screen wasnt plugged all the way into the port in the chassis. I made these two simple changes and then the phone worked perfectly ! Hooray ! I know zero about smart phones, nothing.So in my experience, this shop does not do free diagnosis and does not look at moister damaged phones, or phones with the screen removed from damage.Make of my experience what you will. If I had considered this shop an expert and given up like they did without even trying, Id be missing over 2 years of valuable information for my legal case. A legal case with 5 years of evidence, would be missing 2 years of phone evidence (100s of text messages and call logs) from this old S5 phone from 2016 and 2017Always try, always get a second opinion, never give up. The other lesson I learned when this Galaxy S5 died 3 years ago, always backup your data to a reliable cloud account. Dont rely only on a Mico SD card and/or internal memory, for your data.

I highly recommend Lloyd's Plumbing in Newbury Park for the exemplary service that they have provided. Approximately 3 years ago, a water heater company installed a tankless water heater in my home. From the beginning, delivery of hot water was slow and inconsistent. I had subsequent visits from the installer who kept insisting that it was my plumbing but never provided any insight as to what the problem was. Every time, I was left wondering about what to do next. This started my journey with visits from plumbers. Each plumbing company checked the system but never proposed a solution or course of action that would provide consistent water. Three years and multiple service calls from multiple vendors only left me poorer and more frustrated. As I continued down the internet list of plumbing companies, I decided that it was time to try Lloyd's. The first technician to arrive was able to check the heater (after receiving code 20 errors) and helped shed light on some issues. As it was recognized that this was a big, wide-ranging problem, a senior level plumber arrived. Aaron checked the tankless heater, made some modifications that resolved the code 20 but not the hot water issues. He then continued to work the problem. He spent a lot of time checking different variables that could contribute to my lack of hot water. He determined that my most immediate problem was the valves in the showers. Their design of mixing hot and cold water created a situation where hot water was non-existent most of the time. We proceeded to change the valves and they made a world of difference in the quality of our water temperature. Lloyd's quote for service was extremely fair and finally resulted in a solution! I couldn't have been happier – at last, hot water!Most aggravating was that the shower valves were completely incompatible with a tankless heater – prior to the heater being installed, the installer never asked about my valves or mentioned that there could be compatibility issues.Aaron turned out to be the Master Plumber that I had been searching for during the past 3 years. I started to think that such a person did not exist but was happy that I found Aaron and Lloyd's Plumbing to finally provide clarity, a course of action and a solution. Many thanks!

AMC Dine in is a movie theater in Thousand Oaks. Situated right in The Oaks mall shopping center. While the movie and atmosphere were suitable, the process in getting food was atrocious. My movie was to start at 10 pm, I officially ordered my food at 8:48 pm in order to have time to eat before the movie started. I waited at the front tables where I was told theyd bring me my food. I must add I am also chronically ill, so I administered my medication in preparation to eat my meal. Time passed. When it was thirty minutes past the time I ordered my food, I once again entered the line to inquire where my food was. The line was filled with people, but prior, I was the only person there at the time. When I finally got to the front of the line, a full hour officially passed, and the medication was starting to take full effect upon me. They said they were busy, retrieved my food, and I ate it promptly before I felt any worse. This was an abysmal experience, though, for the sheer lack of efficiency on the part of the kitchen staff. I asked for no compensation nor refund, despite the mediocre service, for I knew it would do no good. The food was tasty, but when you are eating to keep your health stable and not merely to eat, its hard to determine the quality overall. I hope that next time I am here, they make a better effort to properly get their orders out in a manner that is timely.
