I have had multiple bad experiences BUT the latest was the last straw. I called on Sunday to make a reservation, I got the voicemail during operating hours which states if you leave your information you will receive a call back. I followed the instructions left my information and waited.Monday morning comes around and I have had no phone call so I wait for them to open at 8 and call again, this time a man answered and after I told him I was interested in a reservation and somewhat frustrated already I was told he had multiple people in front of him and he would need to take my call back information. I informed him I did not feel comfortable as I was still waiting on a call from Sundays message. he repeated that he couldnt help me at that time and asked for my information, I gave him the information and have yet to hear back. My understanding from previous experience and talking to workers is that they do not pay well and therefore no one wants to be there. The employees lack of concern for my time and money is evidence of the fact that he doesnt care for his job. Thanks to all the time waisted I had to drive farther out and push back necessary plans to go to a different uhaul rental. We rent trucks frequently for various reasons and will never be returning to this site. Please dont waste your time or money!

Darr Insurance Agency is amazing. I live in the El Dorado foothills and my home insurance was cancelled due to what they referred to as fuel for fire around my house. Trust me, my immediate area is green and the fields are mowed. But the insurance provider had a list of items they wanted removed or trimmed. It was 2 months of back and forth with the provider, but the entire Darr Insurance staff had my back and went to battle for me. My Tesla 3 is less then 1 month old and I already have a scratch on it. It was really bad, sent all the way down to the metal.I called several places but decided to check out Frisco. Took it here and was greeted by VERY friendly staff.She asked Juan to come and check out my car (I could tell she probably is the wife aka boss) so Juan did what she asked, lol.He checked the car and started working on it without delay. I was confused and surprised that he just started trying to fix it.He let me know that the scratch is really deep past the clear coat and will most likely not be fixable but itll be a lot better then what it is now.After he got more tools out and buffed it, you can barely see it unless you are literally staring at it.Again, I was surprised and thanked him when he was done. Hes recommendation is to get the panel painted if I want it to be OEM quality.Honestly as of now, the work he did was so amazing, I dont mind how it is.I went back inside to pay and what really caught me off guard was that (I believe her name was Elizabeth aka the boss :) ), said dont worry about it.I was so stressed about my car and was willing to pay because I just wanted it to be good again and Juan and Team delivered.Thank you so much for doing this for me. I honestly never thought there were people still left that cared for others at a personal level until I met them.I highly recommend them. I was having a miserable day but she just changed it in an instant.Its not about the money but about their service. They changed my horrible day to an amazing one because of the care that they showed.Thank you!You guys are amazing and have a customer for life.

So I had to take a minute to write this review because I was very very pleased with the costumer service Matt and Lauren gave me. They were so kind so professional. I wana start by saying at first I was so skeptical because I never trust anyone with my car it's hard to find somewhere, where you feel they will take good care of your car. I had gotten into a car accident and my car was so damaged the side door and back had to be fixed I was hit on i5 and could of been terribly hurt but by gods Grace I wasn't, however my car was very damaged my insurance sent my car to this place and let me say I'm so glad they did. It did take a month to get the part and fixed.. and when I got it back something else was wrong but let me tell you when I say Matt was so amazing he truly was he took my car back that Monday and got me a rental and got me to my rental. Having 7 kids and a busy schedule and just chaos all the time he was so kind made everything so easy! He truly loves what he does he's so professional and so understanding and very good at his job! I would recommend anyone here and if you have any issues Matt will take care of you! Lauren upfront was so sweet and just so quick with paperwork and having everything ready! My car looks great shiny and waxed as well. Thank you auto expressions because of you Matt and Lauren and whoever fixed my car in the back, made my experience better and I'm so thankful for your hard work. God bless (before and after pictures)

I have the drivers side lower bezel replaced it had previously cracked and I have previously purchased the part a month ago $400 and was given an estimate that it would be about $100 to put it on fast forward a month later when I took the car in to get it serviced the estimate to put the part on the seat was $190 and so I questioned them what is your hourly rate and she said its just one price that they charge and I said no Im not paying that since you went back to the mechanic went to the service side he lowered it down $40 $255 and it still was not satisfied because I still was not giving the hourly rate which it only took exactly 1 hour and I should have he should have honored $100 that he quoted me a month ago I have planned on contacting the bar bureau of automotive and repair shes looking to the over pricing even going from 190 down to 50 you know they charge whatever they want to which is not right or customer service to the clients that we have been coming for years I have bought three Chevys for them

If you genuinely care about your vehicle please read this review because I have extensive experience with Infiniti of Elk Grove and their body shop – Elk Grove Custom Detail Spa and I can offer insight.I custom ordered my Q60 Red Sport through Stephanie and Anthony and am very happy with their service. Two great people and as far as they are concerned, they get 5 stars. Awesome customer service great people. Unfortunately, the awesomeness stops there.I had to bring it in for some work and not only did the service technicians fail at the repairs but they tore and mangled other parts of the car that were in perfect working order before handing my car off to them. They literally screwed up the repair, then screwed up the screw up on top of that. Read on for details.I waited 5 months for my order. For the inconvenience, they tinted my windows for free. Great but I found debris embedded underneath the rear and side tint. Then I noticed the window stopped rolling up all the way.They got the window to roll up all the way but tore a weather seal in the process and blamed it on Elk Grove Custom, as evidence by them telling the girl at the counter to charge EGC for the weather stripping. I have photographic evidence to the contrary they are charge EGC for it anyway.Problem is, the wind noise is now worse than when I brought it in. This is a 60k luxury car and the wind noise is louder than my 2000 Tacoma. Upon closer inspection I found another spot of the weather stripping totally mangled by them.Not only have they failed miserably at repairs but they damaged other parts of the car that were not damaged in the first place!To sum it up:They tinted 3 windows and 2 of those 3 windows have debris embedded underneath them.One window stopped rolling up all the way AFTER scratching the tint during another repair.During the repair of window they tore the weather stripping in one place and mangled it in a second place. It is literally worse off than when I brought it in.I found the chrome around my grill to be abrasively scratched somewhere during this whole process. I have pictures.Finally, I called and emailed these concerns and have hear nothing back from them. My concern is, beyond the obvious, is that when I take it back this coming weekend they are not going to have the OTHER weather seal they mangled because they ordered only the one seal they knew they tore (and blamed it on the other company) and this means I will have to come back to them on my personal time, AGAIN, and risk them mangling and tearing my car, AGAIN.My brand new sixty thousand dollar vehicle is now literally torn, scratched, and mangled by Infiniti of Elk Grove, literally.But wait, it gets worse: I paid for the “convenience” of the maintenance plan. I swear to you, reader, I am sick to my stomach to think I have to bring my vehicle in to these people to perform further routine maintenance. How can I possibly trust these people? I bet they won't even change the crush washer on the oil drain plug. Seriously!I see the owner sometimes replies to these poor reviews. If you want to honestly do your customer, ME, right, let me out of this service plan I paid for. Either give me my money back or apply it to my title. I'm done with your service. This is beyond unbelievable. You literally, literally did nothing right but ruined other stuff along with your failed repairs. Advice: have a serious look at your mechanics and their training.To let you readers know just how unhappy I am with the horrible work done by these people: If I can't get out of their service plan, I will still most likely choose to take my vehicle somewhere else for service even though I already paid $2000 for that service. It's not worth it. I'll just take it in the shorts instead of bringing it in to these people. It is not worth subjecting my car to these people anymore.Heed my advice people. If you care about your luxury vehicle, honestly care about it and maybe even wash it yourself, take it somewhere else for service. Have I not given you enough reason?

Maita Chevrolet Elk Grove does NOT care for their Customers! They do NOT value your time! And by the way I have been treated, they do NOT want my business!This was the worst experience I had at your dealership and I will NOT be returning! I had called last week to make an appointment for an oil change. I also informed the Representative I needed someone to look at other issues with my car. My headlights were not working and there was a wind sound coming from my sunroof. It has to do with the rubber around it being a little loose. An appointment was not available until this week at 10:00am. I work at that time but I'd have someone drop off the car.This Monday, my young adult daughter took the car to the appointment. She spoke with Vincent and mentioned the other issues to look at. Vincent gave her an estimate paper and told her he would call me at my cell phone number to discuss the charges.I waited all day for that phone call! By 4 pm I still did not receive a call, which is ridiculous! I can understand an hour or 2, but 6 hours later is a blatant disregard for the customer and the service you are providing!At 430, I called the service department to see what was going on with my car. Vince answered the phone and realized it was me. He stated he was with a customer and would call me back.Finally at 4:56 PM he called me to give me a breakdown of the charges. My headlights are not working because the bulbs burned out. It would cost me $387 to fix, $340 for diagnosis fees and 79.95 for the oil change. I was mortified at my total!He also said the sunroof needs to be replaced for an additional $800. I need a new one because the seal that is loose is only available with a new sunroof. Furthermore, if it rains it could leak so I should be parking my car in the garage. (By the way, I have no problems with the sunroof leaking so I know that is not true.)I was in disbelief! Why would it cost $800 to replace head light bulbs and an oil change? Why am I being charged $340 for diagnosis fees? No one indicated I would be charged $170 for each issue. I would have decided against it. I don't have that kind of money. When I made an appointment the Representative did not disclose I would be paying fees to check my headlights and my sunroof. Additionally, Vincent did not inform my daughter of these fees. He just handed her a piece of paper and told her he would call me!At this point, I was so upset! I feel cheated and robbed by you the Dealer! Here I am trying to take care of my car and service it at the Dealer I bought the car from, and you all are cheating me with your gouging prices.How can you treat your customers like this? Especially at a time when it is difficult to even survive? How can you mark up papers with charges and not discuss those charges over the phone or in person before hand? Why does it take 7 hours for your Service Technician to look at my car when my appointment was at 10 AM?I was frustrated and in tears! After much debate, Vincent did knock off one of the diagnosis fees, but I still had to pay almost $300 for an oil change and diagnosis. I didn't even get the complimentary car wash that comes with an oil change. Very Disappointed!Maita Chevrolet Elk Grove - It's 2021! Do Better!

I am updating this review yet again - I would have left it at a 3 but because of the lack of follow up (when told I would receive follow up) I am compelled to make the update:I responded to the reply I initially received, a support ticket was created back on August 8th and I have still not had a conversation with the EG team Or proper email resolution from ANYONE from Enterprise, the date of the post is 8/31/2023My previous rating was 5 stars. I booked a reservation online for 8 am. I arrived a few minutes early. Upon my arrival, there was one employee waiting on a customer at the kiosks upon entry. There was one customer in line in front of me. There were at least three customers sitting in the waiting chairs nearest to the windows to the left of the entrance and at least one customer waiting outside.There were several employees outside and several more in the rear of the office. They were amongst themselves. There was one employee retrieving rentals for the customers waiting.I patiently waited in line for my turn. The same initial employee assisted the person in front of me, then me. Still, several employees wander in and out - no one acknowledging those waiting. It is my turn - the young lady that assisted me was efficient. But told me there were two customers in front of me. I can count, there were now about 4-5 waiting for their rentals and 2-3 people are turning their rentals in. The customers dropping off were prioritized over those who arrived before them.Still, one person is retrieving rentals for all of us waiting. And still, several employees were wandering around - some were cleaning vehicles but at least half appeared to be doing much of nothing. Now a vehicle pulls up in the rear and the employee gets out with his arms full of Starbucks - employees showed excitement for their Starbucks arrival. He walks in and employees gather to get their beverage.I am STILL waiting with several others. I am sure their beverages were quite amazing and I would have stopped for one on my way to work had I not had to wait so long.45 minutes later I am FINALLY leaving in a rental with filthy windows and an oil change light on the dash.In the past, I was greeted upon walking up to the location. I did not even need to step into the office. There were always several employees eagerly waiting to serve me and quick to hand me a business card should I need anything in the future. Today, everybody seems to have just clocked in and forgot the reason they were there. Definitely did not feel the spirit of your motto “Take care of your customers and employees first, and the profits will follow.”I wasnt up to writing this novel as I sat waiting for my rental this morning - but perhaps I will update it to give more perspective to review readers.Current rating - 3 Stars - NOW A 1 StarThings have changed over the years. Seems like a whole new team. The lack efficiency, sense of urgency & theres too many on staff to have such a lack of service. There are at least 10 employees in sight, granted they all do different jobs but there are just as many customers sitting around waiting to be served. Not too long ago I was greeted upon arrival and immediately walked over to secure my rental & out on the road in less than 20mins. Today Ive been here almost 30 mins no greeting no nothing just go sit & wait. ?? 3 stars for $$.
