The csr was great he did his best to help and understand the safety of the customer and as well as he make sure equipment is fully secured to the vehicle but the one problem the place has less selection or less rental equipment this due to poor marketing or poor inventory supplied to the location .the marketing company should overlook the need of the rental center and request the supplier to provide more equipment to the location we based on Fremont and many times we don't find equipment in Fremont area we have few times rent the equipment from far away .

Look more closely, you see that some people just like to complain.A good company is fair to EVERYBODY, which means that sometimes the answer is no. Some people just dont like not getting what they want.At this location, the people make all the difference, and you can be sure that you will get the best possible response in any situation. To start off, I wasnt informed of the option to have 24hr access to my storage unit, and they rented me a unit on the interior of one of the buildings which I thus didnt know was inaccessible after store hours. I arrived at 7:10pm with a pickup-load of stuff to find the staff closing up the store, and all the buildings were locked with no way to get into my unit. I had to haul everything back home and unload it back into my garage.In trying to rent and deal with delivery of a U-Box later to move my stuff out of the storage unit and cross-country, I seldom was able to speak to a rep at the store; nearly every call rolled over to the national call center, whose staff couldnt really handle things that were store-specific, and my calls were only returned by store staff about 10% of the time. Generally, I always had to call and leave messages multiple times to get a call back for anything, and the cumulative result was that my cross-country move was delayed more than 10 days, and they missed getting my U-Box delivered by the end of the month, thus forcing me to pay for an extra month of rent on the storage unit.The original quote that I received for the U-Box was somehow misplaced and not logged electronically such that the national U-Box customer service people could see it when I called to confirm my reservation a couple days before it was supposed to be available, and they told me the price would be $400 more than the original quote. Only after leaving messages for the store over the course of 4 days, and finally being escalated to the regional managers voicemail and waiting a few more days for a call back, was I able to get them to dig up and honor the original price.Worse, my U-Box was not forklifted into position on time, even though Id called the day before to make sure they had plenty of notice to have things ready. I had to call the store to find out what was wrong, my call rolled over (again) to the national call center, I explained my predicament and was transferred to a regional manager, and she messaged and called the manager at the Thornton location directly to finally get someone to move the U-Box. My movers, who were being paid by the hour, waited for 25 minutes on the clock (my dime) before they could start working.If things had gone less-than-swimmingly a few times, thats everyday life, and I would understand. As it was, I was held hostage to a pattern of inattention and failure to follow through over a period of multiple weeks that cost me a bunch of extra money, delayed my move, and was a real pain to try to resolve.As I write this, Ive been waiting all afternoon for a call back to set up shipment of my U-Box.

Worst customer service experience. We call and make a reservation. Whoever first inout our information input a number in their system that is black listed and saying we couldnt rent because we owed them something. Then they put us through some customer service line to clear our name and then they notice that it was their mistake and they used the wrong phone number and address? Then they fail to tell us about the deposit and insurance she just put it in there. Thankfully someone from the district was there and scolded her about not letting us know which was still unprofessional to scold her in front of customers. Then tell us we have to keep the rental because they are closed, therefore we get charged a whole day when we didnt even need it. The next day they call and call saying that we could have just dropped it off outside and let the guards know? They never told us that, their only concern was to make the other customers seem like it wasnt their fault. When I go in she starts blaming my fiancé and saying that she told me when she didnt and she was putting on her makeup? If we ever need a rental we might consider budget but NEVER this place.

This is regarding my husband who was insured through State Farm for the past 3 years. I am very disappointed in the fact they cancelled his coverage early without notice. He has been in contact with this agency mainly communicating with Maria. He had a DUI and needed an SR-22 sent to DMV. He went to DMV due not receiving an ID after month of license being reinstated. Maria said they sent in the SR-22 and they will not be renewing his policy in July.After going to the DMV again the DMV stated they have never received the SR 22 and cannot give him an ID. My husband went to the agency to see why the form was never sent in, upon arrival they stated they had cancelled his policy in May but never gave notice.My big issue is that they never told him that they cancelled his policy early and lied about sending in the SR-22 form. On one occasion with Maria on speaker phone it was agreed upon he will be insured until his policy ended which is July 17th and added to my policy. It was never stated that they will cancel his policy almost 2 months early and WITHOUT notice.Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism from this company.

Had to get some bodywork done on my Audi Q5 from a parking lot accident. This was the shop my insurance AAA recommended. They couldn't have made things easier! They had 3 locations all within the same block. Prior to my first initial assessment, I changed the claim from my insurance to the other drivers' since they were at fault. It didn't skip a beat when it came to Caliber. It was a smooth transition. We did the initial inspection and estimate, and then I was updated a few days later (there was more damage than initially assumed). They worked with the insurance company directly so I didn't have to worry about getting involved, and the insurance company in turn informed the car rental company if the extension needed…so nothing to be done on my end. A few days after the initial estimated date, they called and let me know my vehicle was ready. It came out perfect. (I'll have to return in a month after paint has fully had time to settle to get a clear coat protectant reapplied and Caliber will handle all of that then as well.). One of the biggest suprises and benefits was that I was able to just leave my rental car with them and they were able to check it in and would have the rental company come pick it up! My service advisor Josue Benitez was very friendly and thorough and if there was something he didn't have the answer to off hand, he was quick to get me the answer. All in all, a great experience and I would happily return there if there was ever the need to (hopefully not though! ?)

I am typing this with great dissatisfaction towards a worker at this particular branch (I believe her name is Arion) and poor customer service. I looked all over the building for a manager to speak to in-person but the manger seemed to be missing. Short story short, I came in early in the morning (around 10ish) to see if I can check in early, but I was told to come again at 12pm-12:30pm for early check in. I needed a room urgently to get ready because one I just landed from the airport, and two I had two important events to attend, one being personal and the other pertaining to work. The young lady (Arion) that helped me at 12pm, said there's no room availability at all and couldn't do anything further for us besides insisting that we should continue waiting. So instead of waiting inside Mariot (one of the greatest hotel establishments) we stayed inside our car until there's was room availability at 2:30pm. We weren't even offered the choice of waiting in the lobby or provided complimentary water until room availability but everyone else was by Arion. Now, forget about the water and complimentary waiting in the hotel lobby, we weren't even given the most simplest form of customer service (a welcome or a friendly approach by Arion). Furthermore, I really admired Arions passive aggressive attitude and no helpfulness approach towards me, it really made me feel good about myself. To top it off, I asked for a trolley for our bags from Arion and she said that we will have to wait further longer because there seems to be none around. It's fine though, I dragged my bags through the Marriott from outside to the third floor. Moving onto the room we were given initially. I was very grateful for the gift that was left for me at room 311 (my initial assigned room). You may be wondering what the gift was, it was a beautiful clogged toilet and a musty smell sweating room. After this wonderful experience, I went back down to the lobby and asked Arion for help, but she just ignored me while I waited on the side of the lobby like a statue until I got help. Arion's solution for my rooms clogged toilet was to send a random man that I don't know to fix my toilet while I get ready and dressed in my room. I declined and asked for another room, which happened eventually, after begging… Fast forward to room 312 (the new room they gave me), stains on the wall, on the shower curtain, a clogged sink drain, and a even more musty smelling room. Thank you for the switch Mariot, you gave me a clear upgrade. After this, I was feeling damaged, I was late, and in a terrible mood from the way I was treated and experienced. I did end up going to my events late and guess what I lost the work deal of a lifetime (I lost a lot of $$$ in an idea/invention I had set forward) and was humiliated for showing up late, and not taken seriously. I don't want others to go through what I went at Mariot (the place that “supposedly” puts people clearly first). PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR and don't get tricked by the reviews; instead get an Airbnb or a better hotel at a different establishment.

The manager Diana Duong and all the staff here working on Saturday 10/17 are extremely unprofessional! I came here to drop off my brother to pick up a rental car, that he reserved. I was parked in one of the stalls right in front of the office and there was a car next to me on the passenger side. The distance between us was HUGE. I am sitting there minding my own business as an Enterprise employee comes and opens the door to the car next to me and slams it right into mine! All my windows were down so I clearly saw what happened. I got out and the employee doesnt even begin with an Im sorry. Of course I am upset so my tone is loud and angry. I ask how its even possible to hit my car when Im so far away and that your job is to move cars around this lot daily! Instead of apologizing he tells me to calm down. Then the manager comes in and starts in on me as if I did something wrong, instead of trying to diffuse the situation. I ask for an apology and their insurance information so that I can just leave instead she says shes calling the police!For what? Your a manager of a rental car office, I am sure you have dealt with unhappy customers. What are you going to tell the officer? We damaged his car and we wont give him our insurance info and hes upset, arrest him?!I finally get a number to some damage report line and the mangers business card. NO APOLOGY from anyone what so ever.I didnt even come here to rent a car, I cant imagine how they would treat a paying customer. Avoid this place at all costs!

This is solely regarding poor and unprofessional communication by Fernando at Fremont Collision Center. No services were performed.TLDR; Two months of being given the runaround, never following-up like he stated he would, always sounded annoyed when I finally get through to him, and just lack of professionalism. At the end of it all, Fernando had passed me off to another body shop and lied to me regarding who they were and the service. The other body shop was also unaware of what was exactly happening thanks to Fernando never responding to them after they gave him the information he requested.Whole story: I was referred to Fremont Collision Center by Geico because I had moved far away from the original body shop who performed the back bumper work. There was a crack in the bumper (didnt get hit by car, just noticed one day) and I needed it accessed to see if it would be covered by the Geico warranty. I came into Fremont Collision Center one evening. Fernando helped me, took my information, took photos and stated he would speak to the Geico adjuster tomorrow and call me back within 1-2 days with an update. Two weeks go by, nothing. I called back and he told me that he still needs to speak with the Geico adjuster but explained some processes that also needs to be done, etc. Also stated hell call me back by end of the day. His tone made me think that he completely forgot to ask to begin with. Annoyed but I assumed theyve been busy. No follow-up at the end of the day. Another week go by, still no follow-up. I called three times that week and every single time, he wasnt there and the employee I spoke with took down my number, claimed theyll have Fernando follow-up but he never did. Another week later, I finally get through to him and he informed me that theyre waiting for another body shop that could fix the bumper and I asked why that process but he just stated it was how things are done. Okay... Two more weeks go by, Im pretty fed up by this point but still trying to be patience, I get through after a couple more days of calling and false promises of follow-up. Fernando tells me that, Fremont Cooks Collision was suppose to follow-up with you and take care of the bumper. I asked him why he never told me about this and when was this all decided as he hasnt updated me from two weeks ago. He told me to call them and ask, gave me the number of their regional manager and hangs up. Im pretty furious at the end of this call. Fremont Cooks Collision is not part of the Geicos service system. I called the number that was provided by Fernando and the regional manager told me that he does not work at the Fremont Cooks Collision, but for the Concord one, which is the original body shop I got the work done at. WTF. I didnt go back to them originally because I live an hour away now. The regional manager was nice, informed me that Fernando did contact them, they gave him the information he requested, but he never followed up with them after that.
Avis Car Rental

I had the most terrible experience ever with AVIS FREMONT car rental location.My friend booked a car from here for her driving test. We read online that if she had international license and if she took complete insurance, she can use car for practice and give her driving test on it. But never did we imagine that they would give away a car with expired registration. Trusting the rental car company and the big name AVIS is, we made a mistake to trust them and not verify all the documents. Fortunately we were just driving the car in residential areas so we did not get any tickets but when we took car to dmv to give test, they obviously did not allow her to use the expired registration car. When we went back to AVIS to confront them about this, we saw 3 other unregistered and expired car. Because of this situation we missed our road test slot and got an appointment after 2 months.AVIS FREMONT does not take any responsibility for this and say it was our fault that we took car with expired registration.We are going to take this case forward with Avis customer service or go legally and see if they can provide any help with this.I have attached a couple of pictures of the car which this rental owns and the expired sticker on their number plate. These pictures were taken in Oct 2022.
